She and her team had great ideas and took much pride in their work (keen eye for details) resulting in an amazing space to live in. Overall, a fantastic experience!

We worked with Kelly for the renovation of my home and it is a breeze. Kelly is very experienced and always provides feedback when we are unsure. Best of all, when we ask her for photos for a certain kind of look, she can always send us a photo of what she has done for other homes. We spoke to about 10 ID/contractors and eventually decided to go with Majestic as the quotation was transparent and communication felt the most comfortable with. Kelly was our project coordinator. She is very experienced and patient, providing us with good advises that first time home owners might not be aware of or could have overlooked. I did a 4rm BTO full Reno. Under Kelly's guidance, we were very pleased with the work done. (hacking, carpentry, electricals) although there were little gripes with some tiny parts of the workmanship, the overall coordination and communication was great to fix up everything. Kelly was flexible with the changes we made during the process and was helpful in providing us sound advice in making the works more aesthetic and functional. Very thankful to Kelly and her team! We engaged Jake from Majestic for our major overhaul of our resale condo unit, on the recommendation of our ID. Since it was a major overhaul, there were many intricacies and complications that came associated with the renovation. Jake was able to provide solutions to the complications and was transparent in his pricing. Jake was also clear and structured in his proposed renovation timeline, and met our expectations on the timing to move in. After moving in, he also constantly followed up with the minor defects and touch ups. We also appreciated that he went above and beyond by assisting with some minor works that were not included in original contract. Overall, we had a very good experience and will highly recommend anyone looking for a responsible and reliable contractor to go with Jake.

Everyone knows that home renovations can be a particularly stressful time but I am so grateful that I went with Majestic Construction, who from start to finish, provided stellar services and quality of work that it made my life so much easier. In particular, my consultant Shieh Li took so much time to understand my requirements (dismantling of existing cabinets, plastering, painting, installations, electrical work), my vision and my concerns so well that the end product was even better than I expected. Shieh Li was also very communicative and kept me updated every step of the way and even provided useful suggestions. To top it off, their fees were transparent and very reasonable for the scope of quality work delivered.
