Mick and his team were very professional and were always willing to listen to feedback throughout the process of our build. We came to MM Hearn with plans with approved engineering, and they were terrific at helping fill in some of the finer details of our plans. The MM Hearn team have extensive experience and buying power which also helped fit out large parts of our house with a terrific bang for our buck. Highly recommended!

We finished our build June 2020, from the beginning we had nothing but glowing praise for our building experience. Mick had great ideas from the get go and was more than happy to meet us in office after hours during the week to work with our schedule before we had even committed. Looked at our block and best designs to suit natural light, wind and environment surroundings. Super responsive with replies to emails or returning phone calls. Expert knowledge and experience, quality of work amazing and superb standard. All of our wish list qualities weren’t made too hard to fulfill. MM Hearn Construction just built my dream home in Warrnambool. The build was on budget and time. There were no hidden costs and Michael was true to his word throughout the whole process. As a single woman in my 60's, I especially appreciated the fact that Michael and the team were very inclusive, respectful and adaptable throughout the whole process. The house looks great and is very livable, efficient and homely - especially for the price. I got incredible value for money. Michael and his team designed and built a master suite extension to our small beach cottage and renovated aspects of the original cottage including new bathrooms, storage, staircase and windows. Michael showed a high degree of personal interest and attention, and achieved a wonderful light filled extension which is sympathetic to the original and uses reclaimed elements to good effect. The small site was steeply sloping with limited access, making the design and construction complex. The only price differences were due to our requested extras. We fully recommend Michael and his team.

Major sea side renovation including a lift came in on budget and on time. Low stress contract. Mick generous with his time, on site regularly, listening to us and creative responses. Excellent trades people, pleasant. Good working relationship with Designers by Nature, Dean Picken.

Mick and his team are a thoroughly professional outfit. They are responsive, honest and very good at building houses. We are very satisfied with the standard and quality of workmanship and their follow up service is great. The house was completed on time and the only changes in price were as a result of extras that we commissioned. I have no hesitation in recommending MM Hearn to any prospective building related customers.

I am more than happy with my Hearn constructed home. The assistance and design suggestions both at the planning stage and during construction were extremely helpful and have enhanced the quality of my house. Nothing was too much trouble.
