In July 2011, I ordered a purple vessel sink. Took my money right away. Sink was not in stock. 3 months later, still no word. Cancelled the order. I have emailed at least 5 times, called several times, no response whatsoever. Shame on you. July 2011 GL-164 purple vessel sink Order number 13196 Still owe me $84.95

Bought a faucet here, cartridge cracked and leaks all over. Called about replacing it, it took weeks for them to answer and finally told me that it was $34.95 and will be ten days until they could get one, they also suggested I order two. I told them it was under warranty to which they replied "no its not". I found my warranty emailed a copy to them showing the cartridge is under warranty for three years and have not heard back since, its been four days. On my travels to find one myself I have spoken with at least a half dozen people in the faucet industry who have confirmed the horrible customer service at "dream fixtures"

I ordered a cobble pedastal sink on March 1, 2012. Modern Danish immediately took my money. After 8 months of trying to get the sink, I have asked for a refund. I was told by "Leigh" that she would begin processing the refund. That was over one month ago. As of Dec 1 I have received no refund. Not only that, now no one will correspond with me about this matter. I have been polite, even joyous when anyone there would say they were going to help me during the first 8 months. I will still be polite, but I am incredibly angry. I feel violated. If anyone there at Modern Danish reads this, I am speaking of order #35319. I could have endured an entire pregnancy and delivery during this time. 9 months!

I have ordered from them over the past few years numerous times as a landlord and real estate investor. I have always had a great experience, products are awesome and great quality fast shipping and great value.

We recently renovated our kitchen and bathroom and purchased a beautiful marble kitchen farm sink from ModernDanish. We also purchased a bamboo bathroom vanity with a matching bamboo sink and faucet. The kitchen sink was a custom order so it took a little longer than it would have if we had purchased something else but the custom sink we wanted was perfect for the renovation. We couldn't be happier with the friendly staff at their local showroom here in metro Atlanta, Georgia. Thank you.

I ordered 2 sinks and a faucet from this company, the credit card was charged immediately. Did not receive (could not supply) one of the sinks and the faucet received was garbage. My plumber said the cartridge was cracked and the hot and cold inlets were welded in the wrong position. As of July 5, still waiting for a refund on the credit card, customer service not responding!!! Do not deal with this company - save yourself stress... The next step is to see if I can generate a refund through the credit card company for these unfounded charges.
