I bought a beautiful vanity in October of 2019. I installed it January 2020. We used it for 2 months then had to leave Florida to go back to Canada because of Covid. We had a maid clean our place January 12th, 2021 and she found that the vanity sink had fallen into the cabinet. This vanity was used for 2 months and this happened? I called Michael at Modetti and he said your warranty expired two months ago and we can't help you. I have tried to call and the phone does not get answered and the voicemail is full. I emailed Michael and he wont respond to me. I just wanted to know how does a vanity sink fall into the cabinet by itself that is only two months old ? but he will not respond to me. This beautiful vanity failed and the company wont back their product or even talk to me about it. I wanted to buy more products from them but wont now because they just don't care about their customers.

I ordered 2 vanities from this seller via Houzz. One was shipped and the other although ordered at the same time and paid for at the same time was never shipped. I have tried several times to be given a reason why it wasn't shipped but have been ignored. I was told I would get an email and other promises but I don't have anything but a paid invoice with nothing to show for it. I finally had to do a charge back to my CC this morning. The one I did receive wasn't great anyway, the top was very cheap looking and not worth the price. This seller should not be allowed to have a storefront on Houzz in my opinion.

I ordered tubs and vanities from Modetti. I am so impressed with the quality and the price. I saw comparable items at more them 3 times the price from stores in my area. Right on trend and very high quality. I would recommend to anyone doing bathroom renovations.
