Terrible service. Pricing is not any less than what you would get online. Even if you go with your builder, you do not get the wholesale price. While the showroom/office has a lot of selection, the customer service is sorely lacking. I found our reps consistently late for meetings and I would have to wait 10-15 mins in the showroom waiting for them to walk from their office to the front! Responses to emails and phone calls were almost non existent. I will never work with these people again.

This is a great company with nice selection and pricing. Sad to say the showroom is closing but their other stores will remain open. I was glad we could do business with them while we could!

Morrison Supply has a wonderful showroom that allows my customers to shop in just one place for appliances, plumbing fixtures and decorative hardware. I love working with professionals that prevent me from making mistakes! I design and build kitchen and bathrooms and it is so important work with people you trust. I appreciate their knowledge and recommend their business to anyone who is considering remodeling their kitchen or bath.

The Morrison Supply showroom in Houston is one of the greatest destination showrooms. They offer great services to help select, recommend and provide products for all plumbing and hardware needs! It has been said that lighting will become part of their focus as well, so it truly will be a one stop shop for all the jewelry for your home! Definitely recommended!

very nice people-- they know their business and will give you a good price on the product. They held my applicance until we were ready for it without charging me to hold it.

Representatives at Morrison supply were eager to help with our down draft gas stove project. Competitive price wise. That also smeared us to a dishwasher that we have been so happy with. The installation team were equally proficient and professional. We will consider them in any future project.

Worked with Dan Byler of Morrison Supply Co. for kitchen appliances. We were doing a complete home remodel and started a kitchen from scratch. Our GC would've taken care of this but I wanted to do this myself. Went to a few places but since I wasn't a builder/designer I don't think I was taken seriously - hello, I'm just the homeowner who pays the bills. Until I went to Morrison Supply (on Springdale) - Dan Byler was patient, professional, knowledgeable, responsive, honest and the best sales professional ever. From beginning to end, he schooled me in approach to and knowledge of appliances and helped me navigate options. Spent 15k with Morrison (Thermador) and couldn't be happier.
