I have known Craig and Fahtima since they opened Musango Designs at Arundel through my associations with them as a business neighbour (my business is Kestrel Concepts Custom Designer Furniture). Right away I was impressed at the vigorous and thorough methods they employed in setting up, creating a beautiful and accessible display centre. On top of this, even more impressive was how the two of them opened every box and inspected every individual tile of their first shipment. They were putting some tiles aside to discard. The tiles looked fine to me, but Craig said they were not up to standard and refused to put them on the shelf. "We are not going to send out inferior product. It's not what we are about." In my observations, Craig and Fahtima have demonstrated a tireless work ethic and have striven to surpass their clientele's expectations. Strong and efficient communicators, the two of them maintain positive and reliable contact with their clients throughout a project, and always go the extra mile to make the experience enjoyable and memorable. I have seen the way they work, and have seen the way their customers have appreciated their standards and service. I highly recommend Musango Designs for an outstanding and professional experience.
