Doug and Kila from mystoryco. have been nothing short of phenomenal during our recent renovations. We are still pinching ourselves everyday on how stunning everything looks. The quality of the work they did to our mid 80's home is amazing and literally life-changing for us. Doug and Kila are very passionate about their work and during this process were always very professional, punctual (arriving when they said they would - which is very refreshing), very approachable and they gave us the support, guidance and reassurance we needed along the way. We felt they literally lived and breathed our project and were genuinely excited for us to move back into our "new" home. Kila was always super patient with all our ideas and questions given it was such a busy time for them and for the industry itself. There were so many added little personal touches along the way and these things don't go unnoticed by us and very much appreciated. (Including the Laundry spruce up which wasn't on the scope of works.) If you are looking for a Builder and Designer with integrity and who will go the extra mile - we highly recommend Doug and Kila. Doug Clarke is a fantastic builder to work with. While developing the quote, Doug would provide valuable feedback regarding any issues with the renovations we wanted done - suggestions on other ways to complete the job for a better finish and other materials that would work better. He answered all our questions during the consultation phase, providing a thorough and honest understanding of what was involved with the job. On the days organised, Doug always arrived on time and prepared. He recommended, organised and liaised with associated tradies such as a fantastic plumber and his manner was always professional and approachable. We are more than happy with the work he has done on our house - a gorgeous, enormous deck out from our living area giving us more living space; an updated modern laundry with work areas and plenty of storage; and some changes to internal walls to update and make our spaces more liveable. We would recommend Doug Clarke to anyone considering renovations on their property.

I have worked with this team for several weeks as a carpenter ( old school chippy ) measure twice and cut once.. It is pleasing and rear to find a tradesman that takes pride in his work. I would highly recommended you give this team a call when your ready to under take your project.

I am currently in the power tool service industry and therefore come in contact with all aspects of tradespeople and it was this experience when the decision was made to do an extensive home renovation I had no hesitation in selecting Doug Clarke as I have always found his work ethic, honesty and professionalism to fill my requirements.
