About Us

If you're just discovering us, welcome. If you're an old friend, we're glad to see you again. Founded in 1996 by friends John Sims-Hilditch and Giles Redman, Neptune is an interiors retailer recognised for our exacting standards, design-led aesthetic and expert craftsmanship. Perhaps most well-known for our kitchens, every Neptune piece is designed for a lifetime of use, with our trademark ‘look’ being rooted in British heritage. As a brand, we're respected for our commitment to craft and quality. We make things we’re proud of, and want you to be too. Our collections are all part of a ‘whole home concept’, bringing together furniture, lighting, paint, tiles, flooring and accessories for indoors and out, and all designed to work together, effortlessly. We launch new designs in two seasonal collections each year: spring/summer and autumn/winter, created with new inspirations in mind to sit alongside our ever-elegant classics. We just ordered a new garden table for one of our regular client, the customer service was great and so the comunication during the sale. Our client is very happy and we are looking forward to use Neptune in future projects to come.
