Their honesty and forthcoming nature alleviated all of the stress typically associated with a major home renovation. They were always available to address any questions or concerns I had. When unforeseen issues such as mold, unsafe electrical wiring, and other safety issues were discovered during my renovation, the Nixon Custom Homes team was unfazed and quick to rectify any issues that arose. The team at Nixon Custom Homes surpassed our expectations. We remodeled a historic home and their team was there every day working through the plan in painstaking detail, guiding us through the process and adjusting quickly when the "charm" of an old house presented challenges for an update. The final result is magazine-worthy and the experience of working with the Nixon team was one we truly enjoyed. Each person who worked on the house was someone with longstanding relationships with Nixon and so we were able to have the best of the best working on our project. We even finished ahead of schedule during a global pandemic! We cannot recommend this team enough.

After a careful selection process, we chose Nixon Custom Homes to build my husband's dream garage addition. We feel so fortunate to have chosen them. Everything exceeded our expectations starting with the close partnership we had with both Allen and Austin during the planning phase as well as the ongoing day-to-day project management once we began the work. They used truly exceptional subs and we couldn't be more pleased with quality of the work and products used along the way. When we had additions or changes during the project, it was never a problem and everything was efficiently handled. Not only were they thorough with their work during the entire project, but as the project was winding down they kept our punch list items a priority until everything was 100% completed to our satisfaction. When we asked for something, it was normally completed the very next day. Communication was always exceptional. We were so pleased with their work that we continued to engage them for additional updating projects we have at our home. Over the past 20 years, we have built four homes from the ground up, and we can easily say our experience with Nixon Custom Homes has set the bar as the best builder we have ever worked with.
