We find Grady, Henry and the entire OOLC team to be professional, on time, and exceptional at what they do. We use them for special projects like help with pond erosion, and tree removal, to everyday things like mowing. Highly recommend them and we don't do that very often!

I called Overcoming Obstacles for help and guidance in taming the wild mess behind my house that had once been beautifully landscaped. Grady came over and assessed the mess, provided suggestions, and gave me an estimate that was far below what I expected. His team showed up and had my backyard looking professionally landscaped once again in record time. I was impressed and relieved by both the work and the price.

Great people to work with on adding landscaping to our bare front yard. Grady came up with the plants and layout after we discussed in detail the care, maintenance and looks we liked. The work quality was good and they understood our budget. I highly recommend them to all.

I have used Grady Morris and his company "Over Coming Obstacles" for the last 10 years. They have always done a superb job on my lawn/tree trimming & overall landscaping. Grady and his team are ethical people and always give you more for what is charged. I am very happy with "Over Coming Obstacles" and will not use anyone else in Fauquier County for this type work. I highly recommend them!!

Garnerland Vacation Rentals is pleased to post a glowing review of Overcoming Obstacles Landscaping Company. We own several rental properties (in 2 counties) and have come to depend on OOLC for general maintenance, small to large landscaping needs, and even special requests (such as cleaning out a warehouse). Theirs is a great crew -- 100% dependable! The owner, Grady Morris, is a sharp businessman and highly personable and professional. He demands (and creates!) perfection; his guys don't let him, more importantly the client, down. As the saying goes: two thumbs up!

I hired Overcoming Obstacles to take care of my landscaping when I first moved into my Fauquier County home seven years ago. They're still on the job and have never disappointed me. They’re friendly, fair and always leave my place looking beautiful! Any time I’ve had a request, they responded quickly, even when I had tree damage on a holiday. They provide a neighborly service that I highly recommend!

l've used OOL for over two years now. It is very comforting to know that my yard always looks nice. Since I work long hours I do not have the time to maintain it. OOL is professional, accommodating with any extra requests I may have and they are reasonable priced. They always do a nice job! I plan on continuing using OOL for years to come.

Grady and the guys at Overcoming Obstacles is exactly what their name implies. There is nothing they can't do. From beautifully laid mulch beds to expert mowing and pruning of bushes and small to medium size trees, they are clearly meticulous about their work. They stand behind their work and I would give them an A+!

I have used Overcoming Obstacles for a couple years now.... I won't use anyone else. The have provided landscaping services for me every spring, including weeding, planting and mulching. They have also provided hardscape services on my flower beds. Last spring they removed an oak tree from the front of my property. I am fairly certain that there isn't a job they could not handle.... More importantly the handle it quickly and with the utmost professionalism in all aspects. I recommend then to all my clients.
