Doing business with Palm has been amazingly simple. Danny Booty was my estimator. Punctual and pleasant through out our dealings. Always delivered when promised. Estimate was in-line with others, however Palm was suggested by 4-5 personal references. The crew, Joe and Kyle was led by Andrew and these guys were spot on. Windows out and in quickly all while cleaning up as they went along. Andrew noticed that 1 screen was missing before I even had a chance to "inspect" and I am confident that this screen will be delivered and installed as quickly as possible. However, to me, it's not urgent. Currently pending a final inspection by the City and I am confident all will go smoothly. In addition, dealing with their office personnel has also been smooth. I am so glad I hired the folks at Palm Aluminum and Glass and they will certainly be the place I recommend to others. Great job all around.
