Perch Plans

We purchased the senepol plans and are thrilled with them. Very thought out and well designed. The team has been quick to repo d and available for questions. Would highly recommend!

I started the process with Kate from Perch in the Fall of 2017. My goal was to make sure that the house plan would fit on our oddly shaped lot and comply with all of the city setbacks. Not wanting to fully purchase the plans without knowing all of that detail, Kate did an awesome job of providing me with all of the dimensions that I needed for city approval. Once we had city approval, we purchased the plans and time was scheduled for Kate and me to talk through changes to the plans. Kate was super friendly and made the process of modifying our plans easy and was always quick to respond to any questions we had. Perch has continued to provide great insights throughout the project as questions or issues have come up during construction. We are really glad we made the choice to work with Perch!
