Our remodel involved the entire front half of the home (kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry room and small bathroom) which involved removing a load bearing wall. Pete was at the project at least once a day if not multiple times during the day, available via text, email and phone even on off hours. We couldn't have been happier with him and his sub-contractors. Everyone went out of their way to be available to us, answer our questions and the job was of the highest quality. I highly recommend Pete Capp Builders for any job but even the most complicated of projects.

I hired Pete Capp Builders to design & build a large addition to our home. After the design process was completed, Pete provided a complete, detailed estimate of the project. I had heard great things about Pete and his crew from friends, so I was was confident that he would give me a top quality, cost effective finished product. Pete and his team came through in every respect. The job was started in a timely manner, and the project came together quickly. Pete is an excellent communicator and provided a detailed schedule and goals for me to select cabinets, electrical fixtures and plumbing fixtures. Pete's team have been working together for many years and it shows!! Remodel jobs are not easy, working around kids, dogs, and a zillion other things that are going on. Pete Capp Builders handled it all with ease. 1st class workmanship, clean, detail oriented.. Already planning another project!

Pete Capp has completed a series of projects in our home over the last 8 years including an exercise room, a new screened porch, a renovated kitchen, a new pool house, a renovated adult basement with a bar, and a renovated bathroom. I would highly recommend him without hesitation. He is experienced, professional, and has great long-term relationships with his subcontractors (who are neat and clean) which keeps projects on schedule. HIs pricing is very fair and he maintains continual oversight throughout the project's completion. I particularly appreciate his willingness to brainstorm on how best to achieve certain design goals and his ability to make improvements on the fly. We have raised ceilings, found dead spaces in walls, added windows with a new type of shade, moved walls, and found space for a better small space heat/air system. His ideas and his research into new products have made countless improvements, small and large, to my home and I could not be happier.

Pete Capp Builders has worked on many home remodeling projects for us in both our own home and various home building projects. This past year we remodeled our master suite and kitchen. We are never disappointed in the quality of the workmanship he and his crews deliver!

We added extra living space (Approx 700sqft) along with a master bath and closet remodel. First, Pete came over and reviewed the overall concept of the project. He provided us complete drawings for the project required by the city for permitting. The project was extensive with utilities being relocated both as a temporary and final. An additional HVAC system was added and had to be integrated with the existing systems. Pete Capp builders keep up with the new trends in all aspects of remodeling and construction (Plumbing, Electrical, and Finish carpentry) He uses sub-contractors that work with us and are respectful of the home being remodeled. Pete is always willing to look at new ideas from the homeowners, example our addition was the first time he had installed a copper ceiling in the bar area. I would recommend Pete Capp Builders to anyone. He provides the highest quality workmanship along with energy management for any project. Remodeling and construction is always difficult and stressful, utilizing Pete Capp Builders minimizes this and you will have a good time working with him.
