Since 2008 Lemanski Construction did many projects for The College Club of Boston. Large ones such as the complete renovation of our Victorian Percy-Dauber Function Room, installation of a new heating system for our building which also includes a 11 room B&B, new hardwood floor in the Wheaton Dining room along with everyday smaller plumbing and electrical jobs. The end result was always impeccable, always finished on time with minimal disruption. Highly recommended.

No doubt about it, I am so fortunate to have had the opportunity of an introduction to Lemanski Construction Co., LLC thanks to by terrific landscaper, Bob Forgione (Forgione Landscaping)! I met Preston Lemanski last year and, they took care of a multitude of unfinished projects not completed by a previous contractor. I look forward to this company's return this year!

Have engaged Lemanski for several projects at two different houses over the course of 7 years. Projects were very different and involved many sub-contractors. Lemanski served as general contractor and had long experience with the subs he used (who were uniformly excellent). All work done within budget and (given the large scope of the projects) within reasonable time. Very responsive to plan changes and issues that inevitably occur. Follow-up terrific. Will continue to use him for future projects.
