We were doing our family room/eat in kitchen area and formal living room. The project came in on budget. Paul was creative, reliable, honest and really easy to work with so the process never felt stressful. We were really happy with his ideas and suggestions - all of them - layout - utilizing the space efficiently - colors - fabric suggestions - accessories. Everything was just perfect.

As a Realtor it is important to provide my Buyers and Sellers with excellent resources and suppliers, for their benefit and to reinforce my own reputation. Being able to recommend Paul's talent always serves my clients and myself very well. Apart from excellent taste, he is sensitive to the clients' needs and budget, always making them feel like they are getting the 'star' treatment. Every time he comes up with solutions and ideas which never crossed our minds - and this is why he has become the 'go-to' decorator for questions beyond furnishings and swatches. I love how he can study a space and create a whole new configuration which no one else ever saw. Paul has an impressive scope which is never limiting. Whether it is traditional, contemporary or of another culture - he just gets it. He is the Ace in my pocket.

Paul Semkuley was wonderful to work with; he took our desires into consideration when he planned the condo, selecting fabrics, lighting, accessories and new items so beautifully, that we did not have to change a thing. He is knowledgable, professional, warm and charming; he also has an excellent team of specialists for every need. Every time we walk into our home, we love and appreciate the surroundings he created for us; there couldn't possibly be a better decorator anywhere!

Paul helped move us from a rambling arts and crafts house to a contemporary condo. He sorted through our pieces and updated them magnificently. He then suggested new pieces, he designed and had pieces built, sourced painters and others and the new place was transformed. He also curated our art collection, artfully. Creative, professional and fun to work with.

After a disappointing experience with another designer, I hired Paul to finish decorating many of the rooms in my home. I am so glad I did!! Not only is Paul reliable, talented, and determined to find exactly what his client wants, he is also eager to please, personable, and patient. He worked within the budget provided and found me beautiful accessories, fabrics, wallpaper, and furniture. He also connected me with all the necessary tradespeople and followed up with issues promptly and professionally. Thanks to Paul, my home is now "dressed up" and looking fabulous, all in a way that reflects my personal style. Paul was an absolute pleasure to work with. If you need a designer or decorator, hire Paul; you will not be disappointed!

I work with Paul Semkuley of Re:source on all my design projects since 2008. Projects have ranged from the renovation the lower level of my home, reconfiguring rooms including moving walls, plumbing, electrical etc., interior design work design and purchase of furniture, and all finishings. I am currently working with him on a new condo purchase and he has been a great source of inspiration and guidance on a challenging job going above and beyond what I would expect of a designer in terms of helping me with many challenges of working with new condo developers. I highly recommend Paul both as a talented profession but also he is a pleasure to work with.

Great design ideas. A person who 'gets' your style. Excellent project management skills. Respect for your budget. And wonderful interpersonal skills. These are the attributes we wanted in a designer. Paul Semkuley of re:source lifestyles delivered on all aspects and more. He was a pleasure to work with as we shifted from a house to a condo and the results are fantastic.
