Ha and the team at QN Designs created a kitchen that fulfilled all our expectations and more. We now have a kitchen we are truly proud of, which is sleek, modern and very functional. It has transformed our kitchen from a utilitarian area to one that the entire family spends time in throughout the day. The kitchen has now truly become the heart of our home. From our first meeting to the presentation of our design, we felt that Ha and his team had listened to our wishes and concerns, and created a kitchen that matched our lifestyle and taste. We were shown a 3D rendering prior to sign off, and were patiently taken through every aspect of the process. The finish and craftsmanship of our kitchen is very high quality and I have no doubt that it will be durable as well as good looking for a long time yet. The installation was executed in only 2 weeks from removing the old kitchen to the new kitchen being ready to use, with the trades coordinated extremely well. Every question we had was answered promptly and professionally and we were always kept informed about the process throughout. I can highly recommend QN designs for anyone looking for an amazing kitchen delivered professionally and promptly.

When we started planning our kitchen renovation in earnest in 2010, we quickly realised the kitchen would be the central hub; dining and meals areas needed to be remodelled. The old layout didn't reflect our lifestyle. So where would we start? Without a single drawing of the house, our first task was to employ a drafting service to draw the layout of the existing floor plan. A conceptual designer shifted our thinking to open plan living and sensible workflow; together we all put our ideas down on paper. We started shopping around, taking our hand drawn plans to kitchen builders. By pure chance we ran into David at one of the QN Design showrooms, Subiaco Home Base. It took a few false starts drafting house plans; some key issues with builders and scope of the project, but eventually we found a local builder specialising in residential small projects to take out the old kitchen, make structural changes to the walls and sliding doors, and to finish the walls and ceiling around the proposed new kitchen. By early 2012 all our stars were lined up. Our finance had come through, we had signed off on our beautiful custom designed kitchen, our builder was on board, and the electrical appliances ordered. Just in time for Christmas that same year, we had a completed kitchen and spotted gum flooring. QN Designs had stuck with us throughout the whole process. David and Ha really did a fantastic job. We especially appreciated David's computerised 3D kitchen wizardry and ability to collaborate well with our builder and conceptual designer. All the QN Design staff did a great job delivering our beautiful custom-designed kitchen.

We originally met a QN Design representative at the Subiaco Home Show and decided to see what they had to offer. From our first meeting at their office and workshop with Ha and David, we were comfortable and confident we had made the right choice for our new kitchen. It was great to work with specialists who guided us through the entire process. They provided detailed 3D designs for our consideration and to fine-tune prior to starting. They recommended a range of products in regards to the quality of finish and importantly a range of prices. David and Ha were easily contactable to answer any queries we had along the way. We were more than happy with the recommended contractors who carried out the work. From start to finish, an excellent renovation experience with some very talented tradesmen. Their finished product has now given us a beautiful and functional kitchen, which is a joy to cook in. It is our pleasure to recommenced QN Design for their friendly and excellent service.

QN Designs made our kitchen renovation such an effortless experience. Right from the start they impressed us with their prompt service and product knowledge. David Do from sales and marketing came to our house to measure our kitchen and seek information about our expectations on a Friday morning and we were sitting in QN's Morley Head Office the next afternoon looking at two designs to choose from. They were the only company that we had quotes from that made us think outside the box. The incredible designs were in 3D and offered ideas we had not even thought about. We were never pressured and both David and Ha's attitude, knowledge and professionalism were outstanding. Their quote was very acceptable and the Tradesmen they recommended for the plumbing, gas, electricity, flooring and plastering were excellent. All the tradesmen arrived on time according to the project schedule for our kitchen and flooring installation and the finish date was met accordingly. It only took 10 days from start to finish to install the kitchen and lay the floorboards which was incredible. David and Ha always made themselves available to answer any concerns and queries we had as the project progressed. We were over the moon with the finished result and it exceeded our initial expectations. Other family members were so impressed with our kitchen that they have also sought QN Designs to renovate their kitchen. The results speak for themselves in quality and design. We are now renovating our 2 bathrooms and did not even bother getting quotes from other companies. We went straight to QN Deisgns. The excellent service has not wavered since our last dealings with them and David and Ha welcomed us like friends when we walked into the shop. This company comes highly recommended.
