Quatrine Custom Furniture

Have my second shipment of Quatrine furniture delivered and it is again the most helpful, clean delivery, Furniture is perfect. Clean, totally covered. beautiful I am so happy with my new pieces. My first generation went to my daughters college apartment, we call it Quatrine second generation, it still is in great condition after 20 years. Thank you Quatrine Love the look, feel and confort.

My wife and i live in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. We never write reviews about anything, but felt compelled to based on our recent experience with Jose and Quatrine. Quatrine stores or distributors do not exist in Canada... but on a recent trip to Chicago this spring visiting the National Restaurant Association (NRA)..we went into the Quatrine store near our hotel. We had been looking for new living room furniture for quite a while - and quality was a priority for both of us. 5 kids, 4 teenagers - help! :-) We were immediately impressed with the sales people (Jose) who were friendly - extremely knowledgable, but not in your face... we immediately noticed & liked the quailty - but also the mill work in the tables and construction. The fabric was also very high quality and the idea of 'slip covers' were what finally sold us. Brilliant idea. Much like the previous reviewer, we went back to our hotel and did the math - then started searching for reviews. They were concerning... and limited in number. We had pretty well talked ourselves out of it as the risks associated with the reviews, shipping to Canada & not having local representation were too great. As we had promised to give Jose our decision, we went back to the store and told Jose our concerns and basically said thanks, but no thanks. He understood, but slowly reassured us and even called the owner of Quatrine in California and expressed our concerns. She sent Jose an email and committed to personally making sure we would be 100% satisfied with our purchase. We took a big risk - and decided to trust both her and Jose. In the end we bought a full couch, love seat, coffee table, end table, area rug and an extra set of slip covers. Big order! This week everything arrived via a private carrier directly from Quatrine's California production factory to our door. I was amazed at how this furniture was shipped, every peice sealed in heavy guage plastic, boxed and the wood furniture 'crated' in wooden boxes/coffins. Quailty control inspectors had put a personal business card verifying inspection and giving their name and contact information if there was a problem. The packaging of the furniture alone must have taken a very long time to do so well. Quatrine has completely exceeded expectations. The quality of everything we received was immaculate. We are thrilled new owners, perhaps the first in Canada, of a full living room of Quatrine. It looks fantastic and is incredibly comfortable. Well done Jose and Quatrine - we trusted you folks and you delivered.

We have had our Quatrine sofa for over ten years. Ten years of dogs, kids and football games. Both my husband (6'2") and I (5'8") have taken epic naps on this sofa (before kids). The original slip covers held up wonderfully. The new set, while expensive, are are also durable and stylish. Many, many stains and a lot of dirt have easily washed out of these slip covers. I can't wait to buy a new sofa from them for our remodeled house - I hope their quality continues!

I like working with this company because you can customize the size and shape that works best for your room. If you want to use a solid fabric, they have many choices. Prints are more limited. It's a tailored slipcover.

Think twice before buying Quatrine. They sell you on the fact that you can update the style, color, etc of the fabric later. But when you do, the quality of the replacement covers is completely unacceptable. It took us 4 months to receive new covers and they were awful. Our sofas look like Target furniture now. Worst of all, customer service is RUDE and refuses to issue a refund. AVOID!

I have had Quatrine furniture for over ten years. I have only changed out the slipcover once and have dogs and children! Quatrine offers amazing quality and excellent customer service. I love the choices of fabrics. You cannot beat their quality.
