We made sure to bid at least 2 vendors before making a decision. What a difference. A big box store sent a salesperson who barely acknowledged me. Raingo sent the owner and provided a thorough education and estimate without making me feel patronized. The quality of materials, the efficiency of the install and the better warranty was worth the few extra bucks (only a difference under $20).
