We are very pleased with RCH ! We worked with them online and asked for specific hardware for our home - knobs for the kitchen, the laundry and the bathrooms. We were advised as to what to use and what sizes to use. I am extremely pleased with the suggestions. The promptness of receiving the product. The professionalism and the quality of the product. I ordered a combination of the diamond cut door knobs (http://www.rchsupplyco.com/product/diamond-cut-door-knob/) and the Tulip diamond cut door knobs (http://www.rchsupplyco.com/product/tulip-diamond-cut-door-knob/) for my kitchen and bathroom. Working with the team at RCH was a very pleasant experience, as soon as I expressed interest they sent me a full brochure with a huge selection that fit all my home needs. I couldn't be happier with the updated look and feel the knobs bring to my new home. Thanks for the great customer service and my lovely new knobs!

I highly recommend RCH Supply Co, and their products. We contracted to get crystal and stone knobs for our home upgrades. We've received a very high quality product (much better looking and higher quality than we'd expected), delivered to our door within the specified time. We're going to be getting all our upgraded products from RCH

No headache home design! Have yet to do business with RCH Supply Co. through Houzz, but I definitely wouldn't hesitate to. We spent the extra $$ to get our new home outfitted with RCH door / cabinet knobs, wall brackets, and chandelier chain and it was so worth it! Their decor products are really high quality and they were super helpful (by email and phone) when we had questions about installation. Great products and great customer service. Highly recommend!

Commented: LengthChains are sold by the foot, purchases more than one are sent in a continuous length. Example, quantity of 2 equals 2 feet.

Commented: LengthYes the product is priced by the foot, but if you order 5 feet for example, you would receive a 5 foot continuous length of chain.

Commented: How much weight does this hold per 12'' inch chain?The max load for this chain is around 55 lbs. This is the same for any amount of chain.

Commented: Could this be used as an exterior gutter rain chain?Although this chain is made of Solid Brass and will not rust over time, it may be a little thin to be used as a rain chain.
