I didn't end up building a house in Michigan (due to health issues), but Mark and Anthony are the best builders we interacted with through the process of trying to build a home. If we did ended up building, we would have 100% gone with these two. I spoke with 10-15 builders in the Ann Arbor, MI area and Renaissance was by far the most honest, thorough, and communicative about pricing and the process.. The honesty and transparency though the building process is what we valued most and as you start interacting with builders you'll see not everyone operates like these two. Save your time, and just talk to Renaissance before making any final decisions on your builder. These guys know what they are doing and do it very well! Thank you again Mark and Anthony.

We recently had some renovations completed in our home by Renaissance Building, Inc. The results were well beyond what we had even imagined. We received lots of help from the owners and crews with selections of marble, quartz, paint colors, etc. and appreciated their expertise. They carefully protected the rest of our home from dust, etc. and were clean and courteous at all times. The work was finished in good time, making it convenient for us. Since this first stage went so well we have contracted for more work in other areas of our home and look forward to the new look that they provide that we can enjoy every day.

Renaissance Building helped us transform our 1940's Ann Arbor Colonial into a new home! This was large renovation, complete w new living space, and touched every surface in the house. Now, it's ready for the next 60 years!

Richard and I highly recommend, Renaissance Building , Inc ,who built our , two story," Dream Porch,",during the month of July,2017. This beautiful addition to our 90 year old, traditional, Ann Arbor home looks like a part of the original structure.The main floor porch,with floor level access from family room is 270 sq. ft. The screen porch above at 159 sq. ft is accessed from our master bedroom. In our heavily wooded area,with view of the pond and the Huron River ,it feels like a very private tree house. The owner,Mark Pisco and partner, Anthony Pisco, are well organized; they were always punctual for appointments,workers schedule and regularly checked worker's progress. Mark Pico, owner of Renaissance Building, was hired by my husband and I to build our new home in 2014. It was completed in 2015. We are extremely happy with his professionalism, his knowledge, the workmanship and attention he gave to all details. We would refer the company to anyone with complete confidence. In fact, in early 2016, this company supervised additional features to existing rooms in our home since our initial project. Mark was there to address our concerns throughout the building process. Once the entire task was completed, he asked us to compile a list of any problems we noted as residents of the property. It is inevitable that such a discussion would invariably take place. This was so helpful and extremely important because along with workmanship and aesthetics, the functionality of everything in the home is essential. We appreciated the forethought in incorporating this feature as an integral part of the final building process. In this instance, he became an advocate tailored to and specifically addressing our identified needs. Mark Pisco owns Renaissance Building, Inc. He personally managed our remodeling project with meticulous care. We wanted to update the exterior of our house and remodel two bathrooms. He brought in a very fine designer who took our ideas and created beautiful plans. Mark advised us with practical ideas and good taste. He is also a perfectionist and that is what one needs in a builder. For example, when building our front steps, Mark noticed they looked crooked. He had the men rebuild them twice before he approved the work. He treats your home, like it was his. We highly recommend Renaissance Building!
