My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Josh, Dave, Josh and their team on a recent project in our home. We had a water supply line rupture (refrigerator ice maker), causing damage to 6 year old travertine tile and a recently installed wood floor. This necessitated a COMPLETE replacement of all flooring on our first level. After speaking to several contractors, we chose ReNew Creations (thank God!). The project was tricky to coordinate, as we needed to move out for a few days during the removal of the stone floor, cement board underlayment, wood floor and stairs - in addition to the kitchen cabinets, baseboards, toilets, vanities, etc. The team at ReNew took charge and carefully moved all furniture and draperies off the first floor - protecting everything. The installers did an incredible job with reconstruction - promptly cleaning up their work every evening (they had total respect for our home and well being). When questions or challenges came up, Josh was understanding and always focused his attention on our satisfaction. Even when materials showed up on the project that were off-color, there was never a question about how the issues would be resolved. The ReNew Creations processes and paperwork eliminated the chances of miscommunication - something we really appreciated! Our experience with ReNew Creations on this large project leads me to believe EVERY project they do will run like clockwork. My wife and I highly recommend them!!

We chose Renew Creations to remodel the kitchen in our century old home in February and March of 2018. I can't even find the words to express how pleased we are with the end result. We were so impressed with their professionalism, the high-quality craftsmanship and integrity of the crew that were there each day. It was a pleasure to work with Dave, Josh, Kirsten and Josh. It is with great pride that my mother can live in, and of course show off, her award winning "mother-in-law" apartment that was built by Renew Creations! After being told we were to "remote" by several contractors (we live north of Battle Ground, WA) we were fortunate to have found Dave and Josh and began the build in January of 2017. Every project has it's own issues, from design plan flaws, weather issues (we were brave and started in the winter), and all of those unforeseen roadblocks that can create havoc - in every step of the process these issues were handled with innovative solutions and clear communication. The quality of the build and the kindness and integrity of the entire crew was the bright spot in the midst of the stress of a remodel project. But above all, the kindness and gentleness the entire crew handled my Mother with was evident when she was unable to contain her curiosity. Rather than ask her to leave (a potentially dangerous construction site), the Renew Crew would take her by the arm and safely show her the progress that had been made - always keeping her a part of the process. We are grateful for the attention to detail, not only in the remodel and building of Mom's beautiful space, but also for the lives the process touches during the build. The outcome of this project is AMAZING!

Renew Creations with their staff & subs coordinated and performed a number of various repairs, replacements, upgrades, and restorative fixes that our Ridgefield WA home needed. This work included such tasks as asbestos abatement, replacing deteriorating structural, doors, walls, complete roofing replacement, plumbing fixes, and various trim & finish surfaces. All facets of project work were completed promptly & professionally as specified; the schedule was successfully maintained; and unforeseen changes were seamlessly integrated very cost effectively. Dave Myllymaki and his crew recently remodeled our home. He concentrated on the Great Room/Kitchen area, but updated and refreshed the look throughout. Dave is skilled, hard-working, humble, and a fantastic project manager. He spent several months working with us on our ideas, and the finished details are beautiful, far beyond our expectations. His right-hand man Eric kept the whole project on target and on time, with excellent attention to our questions. The interior design specialist Misty Castleberry was the absolute best: full of exciting ideas and great on the follow-through. My husband and I could not be happier with the process and the results. We highly recommend this company and Dave.

A full home remodel including an 800 sq. ft. addition plus a detached workshop and a pavilion was completed in 2015. I love my 'new' house! The work came in on budget and on time. Working with ReNew Creations was comfortable & friendly. All the workers were respectful, neat and on time. I knew what I wanted but I got more than I initially envisioned because Dave was able to make suggestions and add more value to my project. I appreciated his ability to understand my vision but also to add to that vision. In the end I ended up with a house and patio area that completely meets my needs.
