Risen Developments

Craig and his team did a renovation on our home in 2001. This included a second floor addition as well as demolition of rooms and rebuilding of rooms on the ground level. They were very professional,completed the job on time and always very friendly. Importantly, they cleaned up!! As a result, we used Craig to again renovate many years later where they extended our back area of the house, relocating the laundry and moving access doors on the downstairs bedroom. Again, they were a great bunch of people to work with. Craig is an extremely friendly person always willing to talk through any issues or concerns. I would recommend him to anyone requiring any work on their house

Little things that other builders would miss or not care about are things that Risen would demand to ensure the overall quality of the project. They expect a very high standard of the trades that work on their projects - which is not as common as it should be.
