I had bid from four different company and I chose this company because a friend recommended them. The biggest mistake. They did not completed the job and when I called the women was just nasty rude telling me its not there job ( they left a big gap under my counter top )or its my fault that i did not tell the guys to put a hole in my counter for a air gap. I did not have a chance to talk with the guys they left without telling me they was finished. I talk with a guy name Ryan and was told to mark on the counter for the hole and he will send someone out to completed the job, after the time pass i called back and the women told me Ryan do not have the authority to send someone out and its my fault for not telling them and if i want someone to come back out i need to pay. They stated they do not do plumbing or electrical work, but what I’m asking should be a part of their job scope Without additional cost.

One of my friend recommended me to go to KT for renovation of my kitchen. I am so glad that I listened her recommendation. I can say KT buildings supply excellent quality materials with a very attractive price. Also the customer service is absolutely top notch. Ryan one the staff I was talking to was very patient and professional. He helped me so much with making choices. Definitely will recommend them to everyone.

I was very skeptical of KT Building Supply from the mixed reviews I read online. Our contractor recommended we try them out because of their unmatched price and quality. That is exactly what we got, a great product at an unbeatable price. We had received several bids for our cabinets and they were all 3 times the price as KT and the quality was nowhere near as good as KT. I was surprised to read reviews about bad customer service. Qiwen helped us sketch are kitchen and was excellent at her job. We paid for delivery for our cabinets and they arrived quickly and all in excellent condition. We made a few kitchen design changes and needed to return some product, they accepted are return and refunded are money no problem. If you are remodeling your kitchen on a budget KT is a must!

KT does not have a fancy showroom but it does have an ample selection to choose from. Their price is quite competitive and service was prompt. I ordered my kitchen cabinets and granite countertop from them. Although the installation schedule took longer than expected, I'm happy with the outcome.
