As an Interior Designer I knew trying to do a whole house renovation in Sarasota Florida from long distance would be difficult. I would need to find a quality contractor, reliable, honest and with some taste. I found all this and more with Royal Remodeling & Design. Stan started the process by carefully listening to our needs and goals and producing computer designs of our kitchen and bathrooms that clearly defined the project. Their showroom on Main Street downtown Sarasota allowed us to pick out all finishes at once including cabinets, quartz countertops, porcelain tile wood planks and other products to making sure the colors and textures flowed. He worked with us to find the perfect tile backsplash and fit in desired kitchen appliances. Vik, our project manager on the job, was patient, efficient and very detail oriented. Their subs and employes were all perfect craftsmen and we never doubted the quality of construction. Vik made sure we were aware of any problems and also made sure they were resolved to our satisfaction. We could not be happier with our “new” home and our time trusting Royal Remodeling & Design. Royal Remodeling & Design Guest Bath 2024 We recently contracted with Royal Remodel to update our 1980’s guest bathroom and are delighted with our choice of contractors. Although we kept the original footprint of the room, it now feels much more open and spacious. It is like our own little spa room. Stan and Vic were very helpful in selection of materials and execution of the project with the eye of an artist. Every member of their team took pride in their work and was willing to listen to our input and questions. Communication regarding the project was excellent. We always knew what to expect and who would be coming to the house. Dust from the demolition was kept to a minimum and the area was always cleaned when the days work was completed. Royal Remodeling did a fantastic job on our master bathroom suite. We had a pretty extensive remodel which included moving around most of the plumbing and creating new walls for the space. From start to finish they were very professional. Stan was there at the beginning to help with the design and selections for the finishes. He was very patient as well as informative regarding the latest trends. The showroom offered a perfect opportunity to make selections, which were abundant, but not overwhelming. They had Cambria countertops, high-quality wood cabinets, and several options for flooring. Vic managed the project from start to finish. He was excellent with communication, always making sure we knew when to expect someone. The in-house crew was very professional and polite. They did high-quality work. They also did a few extras without any complaint and did a wonderful job. Overall we couldn’t be happier with our finished product and would highly recommend them to anyone.

My wife and i being Canadian own a 2nd home in Sarasota since 2010. We have decided to renovate our home in June of 2023. We looked at several design companies to do a full kitchen remodel and new porcelain tile wood plank flooring throughout the house and other minor things. We wanted to pick a company that was reliable, trust worthy, has great credibility and most important that we are comfortable working with the company. It was important that they would be able to work independently and take care of the property for us while we were not at the house. I’m a custom builder, developer and a tract builder in Canada for 45 years. I have built and renovated many homes through my company in Canada. We also have a large property management company. So picking a company in Florida that would meet our expectations and standards is very important to me and my wife. I am still engaged in my business with my 3 kids all working in our company, we are a family business. We picked Royal Remodeling & Design because they are a family business and they have all the commitment, dedication, social skills and understanding on being responsible, by doing high quality work with best costumer service. Royal Remodeling & Design just completed the renovations in our Sarasota home in September. With the deadline as expected and their work was exceptional. They were always keeping us informed via emails, FaceTimes, text and were always available immediately by phone while we were back in Canada. We never had to come to Florida to check on the work they were doing. They had their dustless demo crew, electricians, plumbers, tile installers, painters, cabinet installers do exceptional work. We are not new to the home construction process. We have designed and custom built two homes in another state. After moving to Florida and purchasing an older home that needed a remodel and we thought - oh this should be easy! We were in for a rude awakening. We suffered through a "professional designer" who took over 7 months to get plans together and then they were not even what we asked for. We wasted thousands of dollars and two years of our lives looking for contractors, designers, anyone reliable and trustworthy to help us. We quickly learned this state is riddled with shady and untrustworthy contractors and that "lower price" usually means RUN the other way! Before we found Stan and his team - we thought we found a contractor who gave us a fake license number, took our deposit and ran! Finally, I ran across Royal Remodeling and Design. We were nervous of course, after getting screwed over by numerous other people. Let me tell you - this company is the REAL DEAL. We are absolutely thrilled. They showed up to the minute, on time. They were very communicative and we knew what was happening every day. The workmanship was excellent. Stan even designed our kitchen and bathroom right in his showroom! No need to waste thousands on a "designer" who uses old school paper and pencil and takes months. We had our floors done, full kitchen remodel, fireplace remodel, laundry room and bathroom. They were done in LESS time than we anticipated ( unheard of). We plan to hire them again for another project in the near future. You can find "cheap" and waste thousands in shoddy work, takes three times as long to get done or you are being scammed by someone working without proper licensing. We have hired Royal Remodel & Design twice now. The first time was when needed to renovate our newly purchased outdated condo in Heritage Oaks Golf and Country Club in Sarasota. We interviewed five contractors and chose Royal Remodeling & Design because we thought Stan had the best ideas and the most enthusiasm. Once it was decided to hire Royal the process was easy to get started. Within a weeks’ time we met Stan at his downtown Sarasota showroom where he showed us our kitchen and bathroom designs on a computer program that made it easier to visualize. Once final changes were made we quickly got to picking out things we needed for our project. It was very convenient to have everything to choose from right there in the showroom. Kitchen Cabinetry and hardware, Cambria Quartz, Tile for backsplashes, showers and flooring. We especially liked the selection available for tile wood plank flooring. Once construction started the crew headed up by Project Manager Vik was diligent, friendly always cleaned up at the end of each day. They were attentive to all of our concerns as well. It was a pleasure to be with them each day that they were working. The project went smoothly and was on time and on budget. Our condo turned out great. It was our happy place until we decided to buy a single family home since we decided to become full time residents of Florida. We chose Royal Remodeling and Design to redesign and remodel our kitchen and laundry room. We are very happy with the end result and when the time comes we will use them again to remodel our bathrooms. As new residents to the SRQ area we spent a lot of time researching local remodeling companies. We wanted to work with a company that was full service, honest, professional, responsive, friendly and fair priced. We asked friends and neighbors for recommendations and searched the internet and social media for positive reviews. Stan treated us like our job was his project already. He toured our space and gave us a few ideas, options and suggestions based upon our style, space and budget as well as general project timelines and estimates. As part of our initial meeting, Stan took measurements to draft a plan based on our discussions. We set a followup appointment in their downtown Sarasota showroom to review the plans the next week. The RRD showroom is well stocked with semi custom cabinetry in a variety of styles and colors as well as tile and flooring options, cabinet hardware and countertop samples. Stan had taken our ideas and prepared a plan which also included basic pricing. We did have a few changes but Stan handled them. By the second meeting we were confident in the direction the project was heading and we confirmed we would be using RRD. Stan and his sister Lili helped us finalize our plan to make the remaining design selections including our beautiful Cambria Quartz countertops. Once set, Stan came back to our home to review plans and the technical aspects with his business partner Vik, who is in charge bringing the project to life. Once the project started the RRD team kept us informed all the way. A project group text kept us up to date on what was going on and to ask questions. We were able to live in our home during the process. The entire team was neat, on time and very knowledgable. They finished the project on time and we are thrilled with every aspect. The transformation is more beautiful than we could have imagined. Looking back on the process, I am reminded of the analogy Vik shared with us at some point in the project stating that he and Stan are like the two wings on on a plane and we agree. New cabinets, new counter tops, remove or rework some walls sounds like a typical kitchen remodel. It is until you start looking for a contractor you believe in and trust. We found that contractor in Royal Remodeling & Design located in Sarasota. From the first meeting in our home with Stan, which happened as promised, we felt good vibes. He went through with us what we wanted and he made a couple of good suggestions. Stan did his layout and design right then. He gave us a quote and time to think about it. We went to the Sarasota showroom the next day, picked out the 42” cabinets and quartz counter tops and signed the contract. He gave us a timeline based on confirmed cabinet delivery of construction time of about two weeks. The kitchen remodeling would start in about four weeks. The crew started demo a day early in the time frame given. The work crew headed by Viktor was very friendly and efficient. Viktor came to our home everyday to make sure everyone was on the same page! The Royal crew did their work as promised on the days it was promised. The electrician the plumber, cabinet installer did their work professionally and when promised. The worksite was cleaned up every evening and we stayed in our house during the whole process. We thought the big delay would be waiting for the quartz countertops. Again, Stan delivered on time as promised with an excellent install. The entire job was finished in approximately three weeks. No extras were ever asked for and the bid was complete. It is without any reservations that we recommend Royal Remodeling & Design. We love our new kitchen in Venice!!

This summer I was very fortunate to find a condo in a prime location of Sarasota. I was given a reference from a friend to call Stan at Royal Remodeling & Design. He was able to take my call right away and was very pleasant to speak to. He came out to my condo, discussed options with me and scheduled a time to visit his showroom in Sarasota. After the initial visit I felt really excited about remodeling my condo and felt I was in good hands. I was blown away visiting the showroom where I had the opportunity to look at quality samples, go over design and review cost. They used software to show your options and you really feel like you’re on an HGTV show! The process was a lot of fun as I watched my Pinterest dreams come to life. Their team had so much knowledge and expertise that I didn’t have to worry. They truly managed the issues start to finish and I felt they cared for my home as if it were theirs. Throughout the remodel process of my kitchen, floors and bathroom, the Royal Remodeling team always kept my condo clean so I was able to still live in my home during the process. Royal Remodeling and Design is a 5 star company. We recently contracted with Royal for a complete kitchen and Master Bathroom remodel. From demolition to project completion we were told every day just what to expect who would be coming and when they would be arriving. The design plan with Stan Sainchuk was a collaborative process and when the design concept was finished we all had a feeling of excitement. I hired Royal Remodeling & Design (A Sarasota Contractor) to remodel my entire home in Venice, and I can say 100% that it was the right decision. From the start, we met with Stan at the property and walked around so he can take some measurements and photos. A few days later we met with him at his showroom in Downtown Sarasota to go over everything. Stan designed the new kitchen and bathrooms on his computer, so it was easy to visualize the finished product. We then we went over our preferences/locations with him, then on to picking our choices. Stan stocks samples of the most popular styles/colors of cabinets, Cambria quartz, countertops and tile in his showroom, so there was no overwhelming feeling of too many choices like when you go into the warehouses. Once we went over all the fine print and were under contract, we waited for the county permits to be approved. In about three weeks, the property was a bee-hive of activity Monday-Friday with all the work being done. At the end of the work day, the property was left always left clean and organized. Vik was there making sure everything got done according to our preferences. If there were any questions, he sent us a text/video and even used Facetime to make sure everything was clear and we were happy. The finished project is amazing, a night/day transition. Everything was completed on time and there were no delays, even though the area was damaged by Hurricane Ian, that alone speaks volumes regarding their work ethic. Royal Remodeling Review Having a major remodel done in Florida while located in Michigan is a challenge. From the very start, we had a good feeling about Royal Remodeling & Design and their attention to detail. Stan had great ideas to maximize our space – there was no need for an expensive designer. He defined the project deliverables in great detail and offered high-quality choices for cabinets, counter-tops, knobs and pulls. We were extending our tile floor from Portugal, and he was able to acquire the needed tile, making sure we were aware of the minor differences in the tile, which was from a new lot! Communication was outstanding throughout the project via cell phone, Facetime, and email. Our questions were always answered within a few hours or less. We had a couple of minor problems that were resolved in a prompt, very professional manner. Our condo manager was impressed with their work and how they cleaned up at the end of each day. We can't say enough good things about Royal Remodeling & Design! From the moment we met with Stan, we knew we found the right contractor for our whole house remodeling job. Stan listened carefully as we walked through our ideas, and recommended a design for the kitchen that we hadn't even thought of. He presented it that day on his computer and we loved it! From start to finish I couldn’t be more satisfied. It started with an on-site visit and walk thru to obtain an understanding of what I wanted which essentially boiled down to gutting the house and starting all over again. Next was a visit to the showroom. Ready for me was floor plans depicting how each room would look. A wide variety of countertops, tiles, flooring, etc was available for me to choose. I was given a start date and a completion date and the project went as planned. 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, laundry room, and fireplace installation built in to a beautiful stone wall. All the workers were excellent and professional. Each worker, at completion of each day, cleaned up before they left. They were polite, understanding and a pleasure to work with. When the job was completed the house looked just as I wanted it to look. I changed my mind a few times and they were more than accommodating. When the job was done I was sad to say goodbye. They felt like family to me I highly recommend. You will not be disappointed. Price was reasonable and lower than other contractors I met with. Stan and Viktor are very helpful and knowledgeable.

As new residents to Sarasota we were at a loss as to who to engage for the renovation of our 1979 condo. Over the past few years we have been wanting to renovate our outdated 1970’s bathrooms and add a laundry area to our Lido Beach condo. We were at a loss on where to begin and how to find an excellent contractor that can help us remodel it. Upon talking to our neighbors having a complete renovation done to their condo by Royal Remodeling & Design, we heard rave reviews of their work. So, we had decided to check them out for our work to be done. One of the best decisions we have ever made! We met with Stan from Royal Remodeling & Design at their downtown Sarasota office/showroom on Main St. to discuss our project. He walked us through with 3D design, products, detailed proposal and construction phase, including timelines. Since Royal Remodeling & Design has their own display room of cabinetry, flooring, countertops and much more, a lot of time was saved from visiting various private standalone home remodeling vendors. When project started we were unable to be onsite during the construction phase, but we allowed Royal Remodeling & Design to start work on our condo, with project manager Vik to do all work unattended by us. Constant communication with Stan and Vik was done by phone calls, texting and FaceTime. All worked out very well. Whenever Vik had a construction question or preference we wanted, he contacted us immediately. When we came back we experienced the grand reveal, much like an HGTV reality home renovation show. The results from renovations on our condo on Lido Beach were beyond our expectations. We are very pleased with the outcome, everything is perfect. I decided to go with Royal Remolding & Design because they are very professional and we loved their ideas, design and detailed proposal. It was a great experience from start to finish. We live up North and communication was a key and it was the first contractor that I worked with that responded via text immediately. The condo came out like a dream come true. After looking through reviews and checking contractors with the BBB, I contacted Royal Remodeling & Design to look at my whole house renovation project. Stan who is one of the owners, impressed me on day one. He arrived at the house with pencil pad and tape measure. He was upfront about the lack of immediate appointments. That didn’t surprise us because we knew that his company is in high demand. I really needed the place to be gutted. We needed new cabinets, porcelain tile floors, and totally remodeled the kitchen and bath. I was nervous about such a huge undertaking. Stan walked me through the process, assured us that they provide a dustless demolition, and that he and Vik (other owner) would take care of all of the details, keeping me in loop every step of the way. Everything was done in steps and was completely organized. We met with Stan at their showroom downtown Sarasota. That’s where we put the whole design together. Installation went well, the crew was attentive and courteous, to my wife and I. This is now the forever home that we wanted. My husband and I wanted to update our master bathroom and replace our wood floors with porcelain tile wood planks for some time and began searching online for a reputable remodeling firm. One group stood out over and over again - Royal Remodeling & Design. At our first appointment, we enjoyed meeting Stan at their downtown Sarasota showroom location where we were able to see for ourselves the many styles of tiles, flooring and cabinetry we could expect to see in our own remodel. After selecting our top choices, Stan invited us back for a second appointment where he presented us with a 3D design of our project. After seeing how our home would look with Stan’s designs, we were eager to get started. From start to finish, Stan and Vik communicated with us daily and kept us informed on the timeline and what to expect. We really didn’t have any major surprises along the way aside from minor delays caused by COVID related shortages. We were also so pleased with the many subcontractors we met throughout the project. We are very happy with the work done by Royal Remodeling & Design. They touched every surface of our dated 40+ year old 2 bed 2 bath condo. Stan and Victor were easy to work with and offered countless ideas on design and installation. The materials and workmanship were top notch. We were mostly back north during the process and received daily updates with photos and FaceTime consultations. Despite issues with permitting and access to or building do to COVID, the job was completed in a timely manner and on budget. We highly recommend Royal Remodeling and have already done so with friends and family.

We had been researching and looking for a Sarasota Kitchen Remodeling contractor for what felt like many years. Contractor after contractor came in and gave us quotes from all over the map, but none of them felt right. I was referred to Royal Remodeling and Design by a friend and I knew from the first call with Stan that we were going to have a wonderful experience. Our initial phone conversation was a very successful phone call wherein I addressed all of my issues I have had with previous contractors, he listened to my thoughts and was able to give me his opinions and thoughts based on his experience. It was important for me to see the actual design and with his 3-D rendering software that made it so easy to see what the kitchen remodel would look like. Stan made it easy to select our cabinet color as well as our Cambria Quartz countertops. Stan and Vik were the most professional contractors we have ever done business with. We found Royal Remodeling & Design, a Sarasota contracting company, searching online. They were extraordinarily professional, responsive, friendly, trustworthy and very clean. In fact, the job site was left clean every evening. The best experience we’ve had with remodelers to date, and this is our 7th remodeling project. After seeing the work done in Bonni and Richard's condo(neighbors) in Venice, Florida, we were confident that all would go well with Royal Remodeling and Design with Stan and Victor leading the charge. We left for New York in May and had no worries that our new, refurbished bathroom wouldn't be up to expectations. Stan took us every step of the way, either by phone or by FaceTime. When we finally met Stan, my wife was convinced that she had met him in person before because of the close contact and costumer service he provided this summer. We asked two to provide designs for what was essentially a whole house remodel that included kitchen and baths. We chose Royal Remodeling & Design due to their excellent design and fair price. ROYAL REMODELING & DESIGN I had put off having a first floor shower installed in my small downtown villa for years as I dreaded the mess and disruption. However I finally had to bite the bullet, and decided to hire Royal Remodeling and Design to do the work after an in depth consultation at their Sarasota showroom and then at my home. The remodel involved knocking down the wall between my powder room and a tiny laundry room in order to squeeze in a shower without losing any of the other facilities. It was not an easy task, but Stan and Vik worked tirelessly with the measurements on their computer simulations until we all agreed that it was the best solution. They helped me with all decisions and discussed their reasons for suggesting anything with me before committing to any action, and were really great to work with. All their specialist contractors were first rate: pleasant, hardworking and totally professional and at the end of each day the area was immaculately cleaned up – which made the whole thing bearable for me! I am beyond delighted with the result, and am having a party to show the neighbors and thank the Royal Remodeling & Design team for a wonderful job! I highly recommend them.

We are extremely satisfied with the remolding job on our condo kitchen done by our contractor Royal Remodeling & Design. They were very easy to work with and we were impressed with our first visit to their showroom in downtown Sarasota. They helped us design the kitchen and their suggestions worked out fabulous. The staff was professional, hard working and very pleasant to deal with. The workers were here when they were supposed to be, the project manager was always on site to make sure the work was going smoothly, and the workers were also very polite and clean. This was by far the best remodel we have experienced from beginning to end. They included us in every step of the process and were very helpful with the design aspect. Royal Remodeling & Design I chose Royal Remodeling & Design after meeting them at the Sarasota, Florida Home Show. I was looking to do a full kitchen remodel and replace all the flooring in my house. In our first encounter, I learned a lot about their techniques and experience including use of dustless demolition. Royal was one of three companies I received bids from for the work I needed done. When I received their bid as compared to others, a few things about them stood out: They listened to us. Their design included everything we had asked for. During the planning process for the bid, Royal made recommendations to meet my needs. They did not blindly give me what I asked for, but rather used their professional expertise to give options that would meet the need but provide more functionality or better performance. It was a good working relationship from the start. I never felt like they were just trying to make a sale. Communication was excellent. While Royal was not the lowest bid, I had confidence that they had included everything and their design met our needs. I felt they would take me to my dream kitchen and house. During demolition and construction, they met our high expectations: They were there every day from start of project to end, including the project manager and most days, the designer. My family was living in the house through the whole remodel, including a 3-year old. Royal strove to make it livable for us. Royal Remodel & Design was great to work with. I completely redid my master bathroom. The before and after pictures are amazing. Since I did all my own design work, I just needed someone to execute my design. Royal Remodel & Design was easy to work with and understood what I wanted to accomplish. Their tradesmen (especially Andre, their tile guy), were the best in the business. They even did extra work,(no charge), like replacing my front door knob and changing out the light fixtures into other bathrooms.) there are a few delays, but that is to be expected in a large job such as this.
