I was so pleased with the quality of work and service given to me by Same Day Service. Everything was explained to me clearly. They were on-time to work and efficiently got the work done promptly.

Excellent service. We had a problem with our tankless water heater. It was an unusual problem and the plumber sent out by Same Day didn't give up until he found the solution, keeping us informed all along the way. And when the wrong part was delivered from the manufacturer, he even scoured the area until he found one in Rio Linda, then drove out there personally to get it and bring it back so we wouldn't have to wait any longer. We were very impressed.

I would definitely recommend them. He called before he came over, and came at that exact time. He saw what was wrong, gave me an estimate, and did exactly that. He was very pleasant and polite. I have their card on my refrigerator. If I need another plumber, I will definitely give them a call.

We received exceptional service from Same Day Service (Plumbing). When our main sewer line plugged up on a Friday, the technician (Corky), to our relief, arrived the same day and was able to clear out the sewer line. He ran a camera through the sewer line to determine the problem. The main sewer pipe was the original, installed 63 years ago; so it was definitely time to replace it. The following week Corky went over the options and the costs involved and detailed all of the work that was to be done. He was very clear ensuring that we understood all of the information he provided. His worksheets were very well written and detailed. We agreed to have the work completed, including replacing the main water line with copper pipe. They also guaranteed that our new landscaping would be put back together exactly as it was. They began work the same week under the supervision of Rick who kept us informed and listened to all of our concerns, which he dealt with promptly. The employees worked in 100+degree weather daily digging and completing the project in about two weeks. The landscape was fixed, and due to the heat they agreed to come back in October to reset the sod after the soil settled. We are very happy with the completed project and the customer service we received. Our sincere thank you to Corky, Rick and all of the other employees who worked on our project.

I hired Same Day Service Plumbing, Heating & Air Inc. this past year after a neighbor had recommended them, and was very pleased with the results. They installed a Halo water filtration system, an attic fan, and an air filtration system. Everyone was polite, worked hard, and didn't leave until the job was done right. I'm still very happy with all of the products they've installed and would definitely recommend them!
