Andy is my hero! He came to the rescue when we were experiencing a substantial bathroom leak. He is incredibly prompt, professional, honest and a true joy to work with. I could not be more pleased or thankful for his great work. He will be our go to plumber moving forward for all jobs big and small. Thank you, Andy, for saving the day!

Andy Sargent's was all excellent and highly professional. He. completely rebuilt our plumbing and heating fixtures after we demolished the interior of our condo. His work included replacing: - baseboard hot water heating extending around the perimeter of the unit, and - all fixtures in the bathroom and kitchen. This work involved relocating: - the kitchen sink from the wall to an interior island, and - the tub and basin in the bathroom. As an example of his professionalism, Andy was very effective dealing with a neighbor who claimed that our work in our condo caused his toilet to start leaking. Andy dealt with this issue in the most effective way possible - by fixing the neighbors toilet gratis! I have nothing but praise for his work and for him personally.

Andy Sargent has been providing various plumbing services to us for the past five years or so, and he is reliable and extremely competent and I consider him to be an exceptional "resource." Most recently, we had a major problem with a leaking dishwasher, which involved not only water damage but structural damage as well. The situation was further complicated by the fact that our house was occupied by tenants who were on summer vacation. Once I made Andy aware of the situation, he responded within hours and subsequently rearranged his schedule in order to disconnect the old dishwasher, and to return the next morning to install the new dishwasher. Andy Sargent, owner of Sargent Plumbing & Heating is one of the most professional people I've worked with as a home owner. His work is neat, he works efficiently and is extremely reliable. He converted my home from electric to oil heat with a Buderus System and everyone who see it comments on how neatly everything is plumbed in. I recently had a water tank failed and when I called him, he had the receipt on file from 11 years ago and I didn't have to pay for a new one as it was under warrantee. Highly recommend this company.
