I hired Schell Construction to do some appealing renovations to an investment house I was selling. Scott's input was very important. Quality expedient work was important, but putting just enough work to improve the appearance and functionality was key. Scott's ideas were absolutely perfect. Schell Construction did a superb job giving the house the charm and appeal we needed. Deck remodel, benches/planters/pavers/brick firepit added to existing deck, also stained deck. The work done was outstanding, deck looks great, amazing attention to detail and creativity on Scott's part has made my backyard look beautiful.

Schell Construction handled every aspect of our major home renovation, from design stage through final product. They had quite a challenge, turning our 1929 Dutch colonial 3-bedroom into a beautiful 5-bedroom home. Scott and his crew handled everything and far exceeded our expectations. They are craftsmen who were perfectionists in blending together the new expansion with the original home to make it all look perfect. You can't even tell which rooms are new -- Schell woodworkers made new moulding for our great room that exactly matches moulding that is 85 years old. Highly recommend for all renovations, expansions, interior and out.
