Seamless Custom Tile LLC

How would you feel if a contractor took a check out of your home without your knowledge for a job that was not completed? I can not even put into words how unprofessional Joe and his company are. They told me repeatedly they would come and then would never show up or answer phone calls. He assured me everything would be covered during tile demolition and nothing was covered including my electronics. The job was supposed to take 4 days and two months later I have quarter round trim with gaps and hanging off the wall, areas of the kitchen floor that crunch and move. There was also damage done to shower and his response was “oh, I thought it was already like that.” He is unethical, immoral, and in my mind a criminal. I have tried repeatedly to be a kind person and show him grace assuming he would finally do the right thing and come to make it right. He has not; the only consistency has been his lying and lack of professionalism. I was really fooled by him; I actually thought he seemed nice and knowledgeable. I am a teacher who works so hard for every penny I make and I did not want this to happen to anyone else. BEWARE.

Joe and his crew installed all new flooring and baseboards in our home. They were very professional and took the time to make sure it was done right. Very reasonable in pricing. I highly recommend them for any remodeling needs and will be using them again for upcoming projects.

He actually had to place EVERY single piece of tile because of the crazy shape I choose. With professionalism and ease he totally revamped my entire living room! Everyone compliments my fireplace the moment they walk in my front door! Totally recommend!
