They are interested in your opinion on the design details including the colour of the wall paintings , the materials used for carpantry works etc. In they approach, they ensure that the end product meets your requirement. Never regret my decision and really appreciate the team's effort in giving me a beautiful apartment. You may find that condominium comes with a lot of design and built in feature and it would be an easy job for the designer but I think to the contrary, it takes a good designer who is able to ensure that the overall design enhances the unique feature of the comdominium.
