Shannon Crain

I can't say enough good things about Shannon Crain! I have worked with her for a little over two years now and my love for her design and service has only grown! Shannon and I started working together at the beginning of Covid, so we met via Zoom and I was blown away at her ability to nail the design for my living room and dining room having never actually been inside my house! She is a master at reading peoples desing style even when they aren't able to fully articulate it themselves. I am always amazed at how much she "gets it" even when I feel like I haven't explained myself very well or given her little to go off of. In addition to Shannon's incredible taste, I also greatly appreciate the service she and her team provide. I have never had to wonder the status of something because they proactively give me updates and are extremely communicative about timelines. After my dining room and living room turned out so incredible, I had Shannon design and execute our home office, master bedroom and two nurseries. Her attention to detail and expertise are unmatched and I am so glad that our paths crossed to work together!

We absolutely loved working with Shannon and her team redoing our home. I'm not great at knowing what I want, but Shannon was an expert in asking the right questions, suggesting ideas, and presenting samples in order to help us find the look we wanted. I really appreciate that she incorporated fun and unique design choices but kept the overall look of our home classic enough that I don't think we will ever get tired of it. Her personality is so easy to work with, which made the whole project fun instead of stressful. I would definitely work with Shannon again in the future!

My husband & I have both been thrilled working with Shannon & her team. She really took the time to get to know both of us, mesh our two styles & wish lists together. As my husband says each time we install something new, whether it be small like coffee table books, or large like built-in cabinets, artwork & new upholstery, "Wow, Shannon was spot on. This looks fantastic!". She truly appreciates feedback & opinions, which makes it a true collaboration. Shannon helped us prioritize our "to do/buy/replace" list & knows so many little tips & tricks that truly make her worth it! Shannon & her team were a dream to work with. I knew nothing about how the design process worked when I hired her and they did the best job outlining how it would go. She listened to what I was looking for and designed the most beautiful rooms for our house. Shannon is a complete dream to work with! She sets realistic expectations, and is as up front as you want her to be with budget. The best part about her is she can adapt to whatever style you need her too! I have referred family members and friends to work with her, who have very different, eclectic styles and she nails it every time. Lucky for me we just happen to like the same things, so it's really a lot of fun to make selections with her!

Shannon was great to work with, and I love the way my house turned out. My rooms have a clean and bright feel, which was exactly what I was looking for. She worked with some of the pieces that I already had to make everything come together beautifully. She was very patient with me when I wanted to see more options for things. Shannon Crain designed our game-day home to perfection. Although the home was in one city, Shannon in another, and we in yet another, Shannon was willing to accommodate us doing everything via mail, phone calls, texts, and email. I can't think of a thing I would change about our final product. During the design phase, if there was even one tiny thing we felt unsure about, she would listen and inevitably come up with the perfect second option. It did not phase her that we were not in town. She easily dealt with the contractor representatives - all I had to do was give her their numbers and issuesr were magically resolved. Hiring Shannon Crain was the best decision ever!

Working with her is like a dream. You feel like she understands exactly what you were thinking in your head and helps you accomplish that and more! I also feel like she really respects the budget I wish to stay within. Her taste is impeccable. A fresh take on traditional. Her work shows class and comfort at the same time and truly inspires you to make your home a reflection of your family.

I hired Shannon to help design our living and dining spaces and could not be more pleased! After a few conversations and looking at samples together, she pulled together our design with everything from fabrics to paint/wallpaper to furniture. I trusted her vision from the get-go and she has continued to exceeded our expectations. Overall, Shannon is a joy to work with, very professional and has put a lot of creative thought and energy into making our new house a cozy home. I was extremely pleased with Shannon's great eye for design and color. She was professional and always had samples, estimates, suggestions, etc. Her work was timely and I love everything we did. If I had an idea, we worked together to achieve the look we desired. I would highly recommend her work and as a bonus, she is very pleasant and easy to work with.
