Shine Rugs

I had a custom gradient rug made by Shine Rugs and I absolutely love it! I was apprehensive about purchasing a rug 'sight unseen,' but I couldn’t be more pleased with the end result and the process of creating it. Marie patiently worked with me every step of the way! She attentively listened to the details I described, sent me pictures as the rug was being pieced together and tirelessly made revisions as I requested. As a side note, I have three cats and I was worried that they may scratch at the rug; they don’t. I will definitely purchase from Shine Rugs again!

Hesitate no longer. These hide rugs are beautiful and Marie couldn't be more conscientious, helpful or accommodating. She kept me informed, complete with pictures, every step of the way, and I couldn't be happier. We're getting a new dining room set, but here's how it looks so far.

We received our beautiful custom made cowhide rug yesterday. OMG, I was blown away by the intricate sewn pattern which on our rug is a diamond pattern. I worked with an amazing woman named Marie. From my first call to inquire about dimensions I was most impressed with the knowledge and courteous manner in which Marie walked me through the process of ordering. I sent photos of my area and colors from counter-tops, flooring, furniture etc. We made sure the measurements were exact for the area I was covering. Marie sent photos of rugs like I was considering which greatly helped. Everything with this process was straight forward and easy. Marie promised our rug within 22 days which I think is extremely fast. She sent photos as the rug was put together and when it arrived I just couldn't believe how perfect it is. The backing is beautiful No pads needed which is so great. The rug is SOOOOO soft and colors are exactly what we wanted. I would give this company 10 Gold Stars if I could. The price we paid is VERY in line with the quality and one of a kind piece of art for our home. I can't wait to design something else with Shine Rugs!!! You will NOT be disappointed.

I was a hesitant at first to order a rug without being able to see it. Ordering samples helped ease my comfort as well as the responsiveness of Maria. She was also able to send me a graphic of how the rug would look in my custom size and was able to meet my deadline window for shipment. My creases didn't come out after letting the rug sit nor with weights so Juan suggested ironing the rug. I did this through a paper bag (to protect the rug) on medium high heat with NO steam. This worked beautifully! I'm so pleased with my purchase!. See the attached picture. Both Maria and Juan worked with me to meet my needs and were highly responsive.

Shine rugs. Marie wonderful to deal with. We discussed many options. I new I wanted a black patchwork rug. Ended up deciding I wanted 12inch squares, and a two inch border. Rug size 14' x 13'. The rug arrived on time, I was sent photo's . The rug is stunning . it has creases, which Marie assured me in a short time they will flatten out, I liked the fact that she told me that. I highly reccomend this company . THE SKINS ARE BEAUTIFUL.

I had a rug customized and it turned out beautifully!!! I love love love it, I will definitely have no hesitation in the future customizing any and all rug needed.

I am really happy with the hide rug I purchased from Shine Rugs. It was a bit of a leap of faith since I wasn't able to view any of the rugs in person but I had to depend on the website for providing an accurate description. What I really liked about Shine Rugs is the ability to completely customize the size of the rug you need. I ended up sizing to a 10' x 12' for my living area, which fit my room better than any of the standard sizes that are usually available. I was really hesitant to go with a white rug with a 12-yr old and a cat, but I'm telling you this rug can handle any spill or stain. I've already cleaned up several "accidents" and you would never know it. The rug was sent folded so it needed a couple of days to relax so the picture shows some fold lines which are gone now.

Shine Rugs was great. They work with you to make a totally custom rug that costs half the price of Restoration Hardware and was of a much higher quality. Will definitely go back to Shine when I need another cowhide rug.
