AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! I hired Sid for drawings and permit for my remodel in Scarsdale, NY. It was a horrible experience and made the whole experience more stressful than it needed to be. First thing- his first draft was utterly wrong. As he's an architect, I am shocked that he would get it wrong. I had to correct him and I have no experience in drawing blueprints. Additionally, my contractor said that his drawing was lacking electrical and other vital details. When the county inspector did the initial inspection, they said it was not secure enough and that he needed to update the drawings. Sid was nowhere to be found. Texts, emails, and phone calls were unanswered. I thought something terrible might have happened to him but it turns out he was just ignoring my texts, phone calls, and emails. He only responded when the inspector emailed him directly. I am shocked by the unprofessionalism. He also was three times the price. I should've spent more time finding a better architect. I'm writing this review on yelp, Facebook, and google bc I don't want anybody else to have the same problem that I did.

I hired Sid for a project I am working on, a remodel in Manhattan NYC. He is fast, detailed, knowledgable and very professional! Hope to work with him soon again!

In the past few months, Sid has provided, out our recommendation, architectural services for a few of our construction clients for whom this was required. Our clients found him easy to work with a communicate with. I would not hesitate to recommend Sid as an architecture for our clients in the future.

Sid is an excellent architect. He's our architect during our renovation. He had been highly recommended by his previous customers. We could see why. He's punctual, hard working, and very easy to work with. He's very familiar with local codes and has great resources including contractors and vendors. The people he recommends are true professionals. He really listened to what we need and what we like during the plan drawing and gave us options to choose from. During the renovation he answered numerous questions from us and our contractors and made several changes to the plans. Even though our first contractor was not professional, Sid had always been patient. He once worked during his vacation to help us solve problems. We also think his fees are very reasonable compared to other architects. We highly recommend him.

Sid is not only great at his job, but also a stand up person, who is trustworthy, fair, hardworking, flexible and kind. He made the project enjoyable and I would highly recommend him.
