Reid designed a house that met all our criteria on paper but it was only when we actually built it that we realised how cleverly they had designed it to incorporate our lovely views and bring light in. In terms of the process they provided excellent detailed drawings and plans which is why we think the project ran so smoothly. We found that no changes were needed and that we didn’t encounter costly changes in scope with our builder. They also helped to keep our builder in check to ensure a quality build with regular visits and administration of the contract. I would therefore highly recommend Reid as a very professional team of architects, who have great architectural ideas, an eye for quality, and are a pleasure to deal with.

After seeing a number of houses designed by Reid, we always knew we were going to use them to design our house. From the start of the process, we felt that Simon understood what we wanted and he was always happy to change things to suit us if necessary. The property sits in a Conservation Area which obviously threw up a number of planning issues, however, by the time the planning process was completed we felt we had our ‘dream home’.
