The owner is very unprofessional and I would highly recommend finding another staging company. If you do not want to deal with petty non sense and someone who has no idea what a contract means then this is your person. When she was asked about upholding her contractual agreement she went into defense mode and brought up a bunch of clauses in her contract that were irrelevant to her not performing the job she was paid to do. I would recommend basically anyone other than this company to do this work for you.

The Singing Stager did an absolutely phenomenal job of staging my NW DC condo. I couldn't have been more thrilled with the choices she made to make my small-ish space look light, open and spacious. My unit sold in just four days for $10K above asking price. Based on the impressive feedback I received, I'm positive that staging was a major factor in this successful outcome. I'd choose Lysette and her team again --in a heartbeat-- if I were looking to sell another home. I have only one piece of advice for prospective clients: Book The Singing Stager now, before Lysette is inundated with too many clients!

We're so glad we hired The Singing Stager to stage our condo in Alexandria. Her team was organized, very professional, and delivered us a fabulous end product that helped generate multiple offers on our home and sell it above the asking price the first day on the market. We recommend her without reservation and plan to hire her again on our next project.

The owner of the company is extremely unprofessional. I am currently in the process to sue the Singing Stager for breach of her own contract. She fails to deliver on product and take no accountability for it. I recently had a de-stage scheduled and confirmed by her company. Due to issues on their end they did not show up leaving the property staged. She then proceeded to charge me an additional fee to de-stage as "she doesn't work from 12/23- 1/3" Again her contract does not included a provision of working times or additional fees. Nonetheless, I had a confirmed appointment time before her now made up holiday times. One of the most unethical and unprofessional business owners I've encountered.

Great vision for the space and love the compliment of colors used to make everything pop. I had several showing agents comment on the great staging. I will use again!

I am taking great care in writing this review for the Singing Stager because she took such great care in staging my home. I believe that her care, attention to detail and eye for design were the main factors in getting my former home sold - at asking price and after being on the market for less than 5 days. I reached out to Lysette after seeing her photos and reviews on Houzz. She texted me promptly and listened attentively as I explained that I wanted to get my house on the market quickly. She was thorough in outlining what needed to be done and emphasized that hers was a "one-stop service". After hiring her, everything happened so quickly! Once I removed my furniture and got the home cleaned, she was out the next day. She assessed the situation, staged the home beautifully and created an inviting tranquil showcase! Her customer service was excellent and professional, she answered all of my questions promptly and made the transition and sell of my former home stress-free. I can not thank Lysette enough! The pictures show the beauty of the home and her design expertise, but pictures can't show what a joy she was to work with. Lysette did an amazing job getting my place staged. I almost didn’t want to sell it after she worked her magic. We received 3 offers on the second day of our open house. Our place sold for well over the asking price. I would definitely use the singing stager again! She definitely gave us an edge over the comps that were on the market!
