Solluna built a beautiful, energy-efficient, solar-powered home for us on Austin's Shoal Creek. It took a while, in no small part thanks to the pandemic, but we are very pleased with the results. Highly recommended.

I love working with Solluna Builders! As an architect, I really value a strong team approach to working on a custom home. Solluna is an excellent partner in the build process. They listen to everyone's input, they ask questions and they come prepared with solutions when an issue arises. We have completed several projects with them, and I'm looking forward to many more!

Solluna did the restoration of my 1950's two car garage in Hyde Park Austin. The total sf was around 600sf. Since it a restoration we had to retain the original foot print and approximate height of the existing building. Permitting from the City of Austin was very challenging. Solluna did a great job all round.

I have been working with Solluna as an independent contractor for about a year now. From what I have seen, the Solluna team truly cares about its trade relationships and client relationships. Wayne has worked with some of his trade contractors for over 10 years, so there is a high level of trust and integrity, which can be hard to come by in construction. We worked with Solluna Builders to renovate our 1970's home over the course of about six months. From the planning phase to the building phase, we have nothing but positive things to say. Wayne and Mary were such a pleasure to work with and very dedicated to our project. They took a our dark and dingy house and turned it into a beautiful and bright retreat for our family. We enjoyed working with them so much that we plan to do phase two of our renovation with them in the future.

Wayne Jeansonne of Solluna Builders really knows the ins and outs of green building. He built the energy-efficient home of my dreams! I'm a fussy client and I have nothing but great things to say about Wayne, Chris, and Debra! We hired them to do a large screen porch, a new garage, and an accessible ramp. They had the patience to work with me in developing a plan that included lots of special (but affordable) features that made all the difference. My sister and I live in a beautiful home we call Blissful Oaks. We knew that we wanted to build a “green” house. We did lots of research and felt we were ready to proceed. Wayne took the time to ask questions about what we wanted. He was a font of information. We never regretted our decision to work with Solluna Builders. They understood the challenges of building on land that was managed by a nature conservancy. It was a completely collaborative process, spending months to plan this house that was so important to us. The actual building process went virtually without a hitch. Ground was broken in early October. A short six months later, we moved into our dream house. We have no reservations in recommending Solluna Builders whether you want to renovate an existing house or build from the ground up.

They do what they promise when they promise it, they come in on budget, and they make the owner feel as if the project is as important to them as it is to the owner. It's simple. Want to build a green house? I did. I used Solluna and my house got a 5 star green rating from the City of Austin. If I had it to do over again would I hire Solluna? Absolutely! I hired knowledgeable people who listened to my dreams and turned them into my dream home. I was there every day asking questions and was delighted to find that the people building my house were eager to teach me about building. I can honestly say I have never had more fun!
