Michelle from Staging Arizona is a fantastic professional home designer/stager. I hired her to stage a home that I had for sale and she was quick and the job was done exceptionally well. Michelle initially visited the home and did a walk through in order to provide me a detailed estimate and several pricing options for the home staging service. Once we agreed on a package, she let me know when the home would be staged and everything was handled. I went to check on the home the day she said it would be done and it looked perfect. It was perfectly staged, down to the tiniest detail. They took the home from an already nice home, and made it look warm and inviting like something you might see in a a magazine. Michelle worked with me in the most profession manner when I had a family emergency I absolutely recommend working with Staging Arizona, you will not be disappointed. Your project will be done on time, on budget, and perfect down to the last detail.

We wanted to sell our house, and decided to stage it before putting it in the market. I contacted Staging Arizona. Their price was affordable for us. I met Michelle in our house. She is a very professional stager. She showed me the selection of furniture and accessories she chose for our house, so I had an idea how our house will look like. My husband and I are glad we hired Michelle. Her staging will sure help us to sell our house.

Our beautiful townhome in Scottsdale was on the market for 3 months with no buyers. A friend suggested staging, so we called Michelle. We sold it in one week for full asking price!! I recently sold an investment home staged by Michelle. I called her and she was able to give me an estimate on the cost of the staging without even seeing the home. I am located out of town, so she also agreed to hire a contractor for some cosmetic fix ups and a whole exterior paint. Michelle picked the paint colors and coordinated all of the work on the house. It was by far the easiest way I have ever sold a house. The house sold quickly, and I believe the staging was key in the quick sale. Michelle communicates with you every step of the way. She went above and beyond to answer any questions I had about the condition of the house, as well as provided some great cost effective ways to enhance the homes appearance. The house looked beautiful when she was done staging. She exceeded my expectations, and I would not hesitate to recommend her and would most definitely use her services again.

Home was vacant on market for six months, Michelle came in and staged appropriately and tastefully....the first month was the holiday season but 6 weeks later we had an acceptable contract!
