Staging the Nest were recommended to me several years ago when my existing stager had to give up her business. They have been a god send and I credit my success in real estate to them. They make my listings look amazing and the results speak for themselves with minimal days on market and top dollar offers, often multiple offers. I call them my secret sauce and if they ever quit I think I might pack up my bags too because I really couldn't do what I do with out them. I can always rely on Ashley and the team to stage my listings to show off their features and character versus throwing generic, bland furniture into a room. Love them. Try them. You wont regret it.

We hired Staging The Nest to design our short term rental / corporate housing apartments. They did 3 apartments in January, 1 in February, 1 in March and 1 in April of 2022! They created a gorgeous design, purchased all needed items from the silverware to the bed linens and more for our units, and their team came in and setup everything. They did a fabulous job for us and we highly recommend them!

I started to use Staging The Nest a couple of years ago when my previous stager took a break. I have never looked back. Ashley and her team are AMAZING to work with. Ashley is extremely gifted when it comes to the actual staging and has a knack to know what furniture will accentuate the best features of individual homes. It's not just plonking modern furniture in a house and calling it staging. I have staged some truly unique homes from new construction to old homes from the 50's and she's nailed it every time. If Ashley stops staging I might just quit real estate because she is my secret sauce and wind beneath my wings. Keep doing what you do Ashley.

I can't say enough amazing things about this company! They were exactly what I was looking for and was beginning to think I'd never find. From the first call to the end they were extremely professional and efficient. The entire process was amazing and our house looked like a model when they finished staging. Our realtor couldn't believe how beautiful everything looked for the photos and our house sold in one weekend with 19 offers. Staging the Nest was easy to work with and did a beautiful job modernizing and staging my home resulting in a fast sale for a reasonable cost. I have recommended their service to friends. At the consultation, Ashley took into consideration my wants and needs and gave suggestions from the curbside appeal, home and backyard. They were very accommodating of changing dates to fit my schedule. Once they arrived, the entire staff worked quickly and staged my home. The pick up was just as easy. Staging the Nest did an amazing job getting our house ready to be put on the market. I was so pleased with how they listened to my thoughts during the initial walk through and then delivered a gorgeous result. My house sold in the first 24 hours it was on the market. They answered all my questions promptly and professionally throughout the process. They were able to accommodate my request to de stage a day early in response to our buyers’ needs. Overall I am so pleased with our experience and would recommend them highly to anyone thing of staging their home!

Ashley was very easy to work with. Our home had been on the market for about a month (we had already moved out) and we decided to stage it. Ashley did a great job! She made the house look way better than when we lived in it, lol! I would highly recommend her!!
