About Us

Studio Duo is a small, privately owned company based in Grand Rapids, Michigan. We specialize in residential architecture & interior design as well as corporate interior architecture and design. Our history of projects range from offices for Chubb Insurance's European headquarters in London to three west coast homes for actor Danny Glover and his family. And, of course, we've done lots of work closer to home. Our principals, George DeWitt and Brendan Van Stee, together offer nearly fifty years of international experience.

I worked with Studio Duo on a number of custom handmade rugs. They were professional, creative and fun and I enjoyed working together to create dynamic, cutting edge rugs for their client.

I worked with Studio Duo providing custom metal work to their specifications and design. I was amazed at how much effort and energy they are willing to put in to a task to come up with the most perfect details and design for the client. Their goal seems to be to figure out the most perfect design, not just get something on order and check it off the list. Very enjoyable to work with.
