We were new to Scottsdale, had just purchased our new home, and needed design assistance. We found Suzan on nextdoor.com and decided to roll the dice. It's a gamble that has paid off in spades! Suzan was astute enough to quickly understand our style preferences and we loved every idea and piece she presented to us. She suggested several design changes we never even thought of, and the results are amazing! Everyone who enters our home immediately comments on how beautiful it is, and we have Suzan to thank for that.

I hired Suzan to decorate my vacation rental and she did an AMAZING job! My vacation rental is a loft with really high ceilings and Suzan picked out the perfect paint, furniture, window treatments and artwork for the space. She even stenciled some of the walls herself, which gave it a very custom look! I gave her a budget and she did all of the shopping for me because I was too busy at work. She also supervised the painters, deliveries, set-up and everything, which made it very easy for me! I would highly recommend Suzan Ann Interiors to anyone that needs interior design/decorating assistance with any type of budget. She is very patient throughout the entire process and has the amazing ability to see your space and know what will work and what won't. After Suzan finished decorating my vacation rental, I was able to increase the rental price and am now making a very good profit. Thank you Suzan!

Suzan coached me through the maze of decision-making in designing my office space, and was very supportive and incredibly generous with her designer expertise. What I really appreciated was the time that Suzan spent with me getting to know my style and taste. I have gotten compliments from everyone, and it is amazing to watch people walk into my office and literally stop to look around as they take in the feel and harmony of the room! Suzan is a creative yet serious designer with ample ideas and suggestions to pull together a masterpiece!

Suzan did a great job transforming our home. She worked with me to define what I wanted to accomplish and then helped execute it all in a very short amount of time. We are thrilled with the result and get compliments any time someone walks in our house. She also came up with great ideas to solve challenging architectural problems in our historic home.

Suzan Ann Interiors has just finished (September. 2014) a spectacular design job for my house. Suzan suggested doing a global design. It features bold colors and fabrics from around the world. She artfully incorporated a number of Moroccan and other global pieces into the design. My intention was to not only have a beautiful home but to monetize the result. After completing the renovation, I rented the furnished house out for the winter tourist season in Fountain Hills, Arizona. It rented for top dollar and in four days thanks to the beautiful job Suzan has done. This house is a joy to live in. My master bedroom in Starry Night Blue and Currant Red is gorgeous. The Indonesian, opium bed headboard she found is just the right piece for the room. She turned the kitchen and its eating area into a thing of beauty. The colors are perfect, and the Moroccan tiled table with an interesting chandelier from Marrakech add just the right touch of the exotic. Suzan also provided the interior design of my last house. It was a large, dated and very bland Scottsdale home. She provided all the right design elements to make it beautiful and to prepare it for sale. The kitchen was enormous and just plain ugly. She very skillfully picked the right granite, glass tile backsplash and paint color to turn the room into a lovely kitchen with the minimum of effort. The most impressive thing, from my perspective, is that the cost to do the remodel was extremely low because of her efficient design. The house sold for $20 more per square foot than any house in the neighborhood and in just a few days. I would highly recommend her.

Suzan is the best! Like most guys, I had a roommate throughout my 20's while living in Chicago so that I could afford a decent place and still be able to have a social life. When I hit 30, following a raise and a promotion, it finally became possible to go it alone and upgrade my place. I found a great condo on a high floor in a River north highrise and realized I didn't want to take most of the stuff I had collected over the years with me. I hired Suzan after being referred by a friend, that had done a similar refresh of his place. We did a walk through of the new place and talked through what I was looking for from a design standpoint, budget, timeline, etc. and then she was off and running. She went to work coming up with a color scheme for paint, a number of different types of couches, rugs, ottomans, art work, towels...the list goes on. She went way above and beyond! Most of the work was done over the web, since I travel most of the time, but she always made herself available on weeknights or weekends when I wanted to go and actually see pieces in the store or on the show room before making the purchase. When it all came together it was better than I could have imagined! She pushed me outside of my comfort zone, and gave it a level of sophistication, that I wasn't capable of my own. That said, she was also respectful of my input and listened when I gave her my feedback. All in all, I couldn't have been happier with the process and the final product. If you are reading this and debating on whether to hire her, I can't recommend her highly enough. She is easy to work with, fun, no-pressure, and has a great sense of how to design to a budget.

I initially chose Suzan to give me a few ideas for one room, and loved her ideas so much, I hired her to design my entire home! Suzan has an uncanny ability to divine her client's thoughts and create their vision. She did a wonderful job in seeking out unique pieces, within my budget, and recommending color combinations that I may not have considered.
