I had Swan Roofing install a new roof on my house in Plano, Texas (April 2019) due to hail damage. I also had Swan Roofing replace the original roof close to 20 years ago. In both installations, the friendly and informative interactions throughout the whole process were exceptional along with their knowledge, attention to detail, timing/scheduling and quality workmanship. Jimmy (salesperson) and Travis, at the main office, provided customer interactions and support above the normal call of duty (a 10+++ for sure). Bottom line, I most highly recommend Swan Roofing and in particular Jimmy who went to great lengths to ensure the highest customer satisfaction possible throughout the whole process!!!

I have employed Swan Roofing for two complete roof jobs of a 2 story 5,000 square foot home. The first roof was a center cut cedar shake roof & the second a much more extensive Eco Star blue shake (3 different design patterns) The Eco Star roof is a material that most roofers cannot put up; there is special training in handling & placement of said Eco Star materials that make it harder to install. In fact, I have met other roofers in social gatherings that say they don't/can't put up Eco Star roofs. The Eco Star material is guaranteed for 50 years against hail/wind/rain damage so not only do I prefer the look, it is long term functional as well. Kirk Swan has an experienced roofing team that know well what they are doing! in the scheme of such a large project, the three issues surfaced: 1) getting caught in some rain while my garage old shingles were off (Mother Nature!?!?) 2) two decorative angel little statues that were damaged & not replaced 3) yard- grass that needed to be replaced from wear & tear damage- grass not replaced I am sure these things would have been taken care of if I had bade more of a fuss as I only mentioned once. The bottom line is that if I ever had a roofing need, it would be Kirk Swan & his highly experienced roofing team to do the job! i will email a picture of them working on my home during this lengthy process as i don't know how to put the picture in this survey.

I needed an entire roof, after storm damage. I called several roofers in for an estimate. Swan was by far the most professional. They not only told me what they would do, but also what they couldn't do. This was a huge help to me in my dealing with the insurance company. The work performed was excellent. The job site was cleaned up every day, and someone was always on site to answer my questions. They worked quickly and quietly. This was important since I office in my home. Once they started, they discovered my previous roof was missing sheathing. They called the insurance company, took the necessary pictures, and the amount was increased to cover that unexpected necessity. They finished on time, with no additional charges. Its been two years, the roof looks beautiful. and I haven't had any problems. I would recommend Swan Roofing without hesitation.
