Before closing there was a punch list of things to do. All was done with no questions asked. Best part of all Sean and his son stopped by the day we moved in to make sure we were happy. What a great final touch.

We've seen several homes being built by Ark, and have been most impressed with the quality of their work. We only needed an elevator, but knew that if we selected the wrong builder, our home could be seriously degraded. Ark conceptualized and built a fabulous elevator, which they were able to integrate such that not a single square foot of in-home space was necessary to be utilized. Even the City building inspector commented that he could never have guessed the elevator was an after-thought.

Our architecture firm has worked with Ark Residential on luxury waterfront homes for the past several years. Their attention to detail allows us to envision and execute our vision for the project. Sean Tanner is very hands on and professional. He keeps up to date with the latest technology and new products, meets critical deadlines and more importantly builds a beautiful home.
