New Construction home and after some months of use, the garage door gets stuck. I have reached out to them multiple times and they keep telling me that the person is unavailable to come out. They do not stand behind their product and services at all. Horrible customer service.

Would not recommend this company to servicing your garage door or installing it. Poor customer service, lack of communication. It’s like they want to go out of business.

These people do not stand behind their product. Don't walk but run away from this company. We bought a new construction home and three days after closing the garage door was sticking. After numerous attempts to get them to come by they inform me that my problem is not a warranty item! And this is a new door!

The doors never had an outside seal or were flush against the walls leaving huge gaps for animals, snakes, insects to get in. When I called them they wouldn’t even address the issue at a cost or honoring the seals they admitted should have been there. Sorry warranty is up. Furthermore our door is huge and too heavy so spring replacement was $700. I would run from real wood doors.

Like previous reviews on this company, this company is a sham and totally dishonest. They project themselves as good and reputable but they cannot be trusted. They take your money but will not return for warranty repairs or problems. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH TBS GARAGE DOORS.

After a regrettable backing-up mishap, we needed our cedar garage door repaired and I'm glad I called TBS. I worked with Sean and had a wonderful experience. He gave me a fair price and I would recommend this company to anyone.

They are a cheat. Clearly denied the warranty, if you don't purchase the Garage door opener from them. I bought mine from Amazon, and they denied warranty on Doors even. BE away from that type of company,

These guys are great. I have used them on two rent houses to install garage door openers. They are always on time and very reasonably priced. The only reason they got a four star is that they used to sell an opener that was impossible to service due to lack of parts. Get a name brand so that parts are available if it breaks down. Thanks
