We hired Town and Country to re-lay our drive. Tommy was very easy to deal with at the start and keen to take on the work. Unfortunately very quickly everything went to pot. Whilst the new surface was being laid Tommy's team left footprints in the cement. This was highlighted and assurances were given that these would be resolved. It wasn't resolved and with Tommy's team now off-site the footprints remain and the constant assurances to resolve led to nothing. To cap it all off, the first time it rained a huge puddle collected in the middle of the drive - the driveway did not correctly drain off to the side. I am now looking at legal action to resolve the situation.
