Terra Firma Custom Homes is a custom homebuilder with offices in Winter Park, Colorado. If anything truly defines Terra Firma, it is the value we attach to creating long-term relationships. We accomplish this through a process of collaboration, innovation and transparency. Collaboration is encouraged at all stages between all parties, including client, architect, builder, engineer, interior designer and specialty trade partners. Innovative building practices and sophisticated software, designed specifically for housebuilding, provide accurate estimates, reduce waste and produce efficient homes. Cost effectiveness is accomplished through value engineering, a competitive bidding process and an open book policy, which allows clients to review all estimates and make informed decisions. Long-term relationships and high quality craftsmanship are the cornerstones of our company. I could not be more disappointed and angry with their services. They sent me ANOTHER charge of outrageous fees, materials, and labor 3 months after the job was done. These fees were never discussed or approved. This company has nickel and dimed me over everything, they have continued to add fees after the project was completed that was never agreed to or talked about. They just sent a huge bill with items on their that were never discussed, approved, or even suggested. They expect me to pay for things that were never discussed and just added to the “their” plan and fees. Terrible company, I hope no one else had, or has, to deal with people like this company. 0/5

Terra Firma built our new building last year and we couldn't be happier with it. We get lots of compliments and even have people stop just to ask us who built it because they want something similar. I've also worked with Brad professionally for over ten years and can say that he only accepts the highest quality workmanship and really pushes his subcontractors for the best pricing.

We have partnered with Terra Firma Custom Homes for many years now, and it has been such a pleasure! Their attention to detail and craftsmanship is impeccable. As a custom metal fabricator, we especially appreciate their ability to balance materials throughout the space by combining wood, stone, and metal. Not to mention, the Terra Firma team truly cares about their clients and its obvious they strive to do right by them and their new home!
