BUYER BEWARE. We installed these doors about 3 years ago and have had ongoing issues. Unfortunately, the casings are not made of solid wood, but rather, some sort of particle board that sucks in water, and disintegrates when exposed to moisture. We've been dealing with Serge for months, YEARS, trying to get this issue addressed once and for all but we keep getting piecemeal solutions (a few casings are replaced, but we are still waiting on others, a year later, more replaced but other damaged ones remain). To add insult to injury, we've been paying his installer out of pocket every time he comes to replace a door because we just want this issue dealt with. Plus a separate contractor to repair the drywall seal around the door. So if you're in the market to pay $30k for solid wood doors, go to a millworker who will stand behind his product and ensure you get the product promised. I've dealt with dozens of contractors and suppliers over a handful of renovations and this is by far the worst and most stressful experience.

This doors are awesome , We didn't where looking for doors for quite a while but have never seen anything like this . The level of quality is just perfect ,if you touch the finishes it gives you a feel of the level of perfection ,something you don't see on the website . But the best thing is they are very affordable.
