The Guy is a family owned company from Royal Oak, Mi. Leroy Schultz and family are The Guy Team. With over 40 years of combined experience in interior and exterior transformations, we strive to do beautiful work for the customers we love. The Guy Believes in communicating frequently with our customers to ensure complete customer satisfaction. The Guy was started to be a complete contractor. Doing everything from a ten foot tall waterfall to fixing a leaky sink. We have put together a great team to help with an assortment of projects including lawn service, snow service, tile and stone work, brick and patio paving work, ponds, waterfalls and home repairs. The Guy has experience working with property owners to develop solutions for challenging situations.
