The Village Shoppe

I needed to replace worn out couch and chair in our TV room. I wanted leather, but not black or brown -- which is all that is generally offered. Donna was very helpful in helping me get the right color of blue that goes with the grays in my home. She also helped me pick out a style. We ordered a sleep sofa and chair and the order was ready in about six weeks. However, the sofa, (because of its internal structure for a bed) was too hard and uncomfortable to sit on for long periods of binge watching "The Crown". We were so disappointed! But Donna made it right. We decided to get the couch without the bed and Donna took the sleeper back, even though it was a custom order. I am so impressed that she went "above and beyond" and was willing to make the exchange for us. We are very happy with our new TV room!!!

Donna was recommended by my Sister, who has tapped her talents for many years. Donna carefully walked my new home with me, professionally extracted my general preferences, and provided me with a manageable selection of potential entry and area rugs solutions. We took samples of my preferences to their proposed locations. And, we refined, and ordered our ultimate decisions. Donna listened and performed. And, she helped me move what was needed, to complete the installations. A true professional. Thank You!

Donna is someone who went above and beyond to help me choose items to decorate my house and also referred me to others who could help with painting ect.. I often dropped by to see what was on sale in the store and would consult as a friendly customer with Donna. I really appreciated her assistance and ideas and the items I purchased from the village shoppe.
