About Us

In business since 1998, Thomas Built Custom Cabinets has built a reputation for quality hand-made cabinets and furniture around Athens. With a computer assisted design they can help you visualize your project, or use your own unique design from a sketch or photo. Thomas Built uses plywood for construction (you won’t find any particle board in a Thomas Built piece) and all wood doors and drawer fronts, which include full extension drawer slides. So whether you have small project in mind or a “honey-do” list that’s out of your league, Thomas Built can assist you with all of your needs.

Paid for A quality, got C. Worse part is that the owner has yet to contact us to resolve and clean up the mess created by an employee that unexpectedly left. Poor customer service.

We hired Thomas Built to design and build the cabinets in our kitchen and are extremely happy with how everything turned out. From the design process to installation, we were very happy with the service provided and product received. Two years later and still love our cabinets!

I had a great experience working with Diane Horne and ThomasBuilt. I explained to Diane my budget and design goals, and she lead me to the perfect Wolf Cabinet line. Once we confirmed the final design, it only took a week for the cabinets to come in and they were installed in about two weeks. I have remodeled a kitchen before and it cost much more and took Wayyyyyyy longer! The installer was great too. He was very meticulous and quick.

Commented: are the cabinets two colors or the same? what color?Yes, the perimeter is white and the island is a light blue. I don't know the exact colors.
