We improve the built environment to enhance the quality of life for our clients, their neighbors and the public by creating meaningful architecture and poetic spaces. We hired this firm to help our home grow as our family and children did. We have added on to our home 3 times using them and the 4th time was a complete rebuild and lift due to storm damage. They are professional, patient and innovative. The hands on management of our project at times ensured us we had made the right decision for repeat business with Tokarski&Millemann.

Rick Tokarski and Co. Has been instrumental in many different circumstances to myself, my businesses and my clients. Always courteous, professional and showing attention to detail while being mindful and meeting what may have seemed to be unattainable deadlines or time constraints. In the area of renovation contracting, he has helped clients with planning and provided necessary and accurate drawings for major renovations; such as changing floor plans to include knocking down walls and properly redistributing structure loads to change a home to more functional and attractive space. The firm has also helped clients by performing on site evaluations and engineers reports to assist in decision making in regards to property affected by 'sandy'. Rick has provided me with valuable consultation, when as a home inspector I've had areas of concern and was able to draw upon his knowledge and experience to help clients make informed decisions on their property investments. Rick and co. has also helped me as a homeowner. While renovating my own home, he provided site evaluations and drawings to satisfy needs of the local building department and keep the project moving forward. Tokarski Milleman Architects has been extremely helpful in so many areas, I know they will be ready and more than competent to provide expertise on the next project.

Based especially on the fact that I am not the easiest person to work with I have to say that Tokarski Millemann did a very good job. This project required changes and revisions and although communication was difficult at times I wouldn't have chosen anyone else. Thanks to Rick and the team.

I am extremely pleased with the outcome of my new home . Their firm was professional , creative and concerned for our needs and happiness . They were involved throughout the design and construction process in order to insure that our home was meeting the building department and our personal criteria . I would not hesitate to use them again and recommend them to our friends.

We asked Ric T to design our New home in Brick NJ. We found the office team to be responsive and accommodating. Ric provided the complete set of plans in less than 2 months and so far have had no issues with communications between his office and our builder. I find T&M professional and feel I am put first and not just rushed through the process.

I've had the pleasure and opportunity to get to know Rich over the years as a professional and person. I incorporated both, because it is important to point it out. He is a wonderful and genuine individual, who loves his work/craft and profession. Not only is he and his team talented, but it is that human quality about him that shines through. He really wants to listen/help, understand and create a home that meets your sensibilities, lifestyle and comfort. It is all about working with his clients, not around them, which you will experience once you give Torkarski Millemann Architects that opportunity.

I own a local construction management company and I have a background in high volume production that has afforded me the opportunity to work with dozens of architects through the years. Tokarski Millemann Architects has the ideas and creativity that attractsthe clientelle but more importantly they have the real world understanding and expertise required to put the details of what will be built in reality on the plans that they produce. All too often I am forced to work from plans that leave out major details rendering them "theoretical plans" that leave methodology up to the installers which can be very risky. I have built out many projects designed by Tokarski Millemann Architects, both residential and commercial, and I am always pleased with their professionalism, integrity and general expertise. I recommend them on a regular basis.
