I had a horrible experience working with this company. Matt didn’t hold up to his end of the contract so that I could complete warranty work on a project to satisfy the customer. He did a very poor job at managing his project and when the customer asked he decided to try to throw his subcontractors under the bus and lie to make himself look better. To this day Matt still hasn’t made an effort to hold up to his end of the deal and from what I’ve been told I’m not the first. After multiple attempts to try to reach out to Matt and figure out a way to work this out. Matt still refuses to accept responsibility for his lack of effort in satisfying an agreement. Unfortunately it appears the customer is going to end up paying the price for Matt’s mistakes. Hopefully this will help Matt come forward with a solution that will work for all parties involved.

I had the pleasure of working with Matt T, President of Lewes Holdings Group, about 3 years ago while building our home in Lewes, DE. When we started the project my main concern was not focused on issues that may rise during the construction phase, but, what comes after the settlement, I have to say that Matt has lived up to his responsibilities and commitments as a builder when issues arises over the last 3 years, something that is special to know that someone is there to support you and do the right thing when needed. Matt gave us a beautiful home that we will enjoy for many years to come

Lewes Holdings Group provided superior renovation services. They were on time and within budget for our project, which involved taking the existing house down to the studs and rebuilding, to include adding a second floor. The employees were diligent, timely, and performed quality work. The workmanship was also commendable. The owner Matt was extremely responsive and flexible. Throughout the project, he kept us informed and was engaged when we had questions. He immediately resolved any identified concerns. We were very pleased with the renovation, and would refer Lewes Holdings Group to others.
